New Food Pic thread

I am going to have to do risotto tmorrow now as OH is working late (beans on toast for me )
I usually do a vegetarian risotto, but I thought I would do a chicken one for my OH tomorrow. I don't usually cook meat, does anyone know how and at what stage I should add the chicken breast?

yeah they are blue until cooked. When I had my first chef job, I defrosted some and served them to my boss in a salad. I didn't realise they weren't cooked

I know it was well bad!! I was young and stupid and thought it was just a different type of prawn

Noooooo, I normally love Marmite, but it hates me at the moment. Lou, even a pic of it will leave me with head down toilet bowl!
