Best thing you can do.... give it a clear out (your nose  )

I can't decide whether to make a Lasagne, Spag Bol or a Curry

Yeah I thought curry might help my nose but I also thought it might irritate it too

Have you ever put greens in a curry? I have a bag of fresh sliced greens that need to be eaten today but also a packet of onion bhajis and veg samosas that go out of date today ? So its either curry or sausage mash and greens ? The sausages are ok for a while yet so maybe I can put the greens in the curry? Its just madras sauce that I add my own veg to. I can add onion, carrots, potatoe, and greens? would be a little like spinach wouldn't it? I can boil em than add them to the sauce

What d'ya think?

oh yum... I usually put some spinich in a curry and pak choi (sp?)

i would love the imagination that u girls have with cooking
im so crap would love to cook nice food

Sarah if you have a basic base of veg and/or meat then you can add any jar of sauce to it if you don't want to make your own sauce. If you chop up say for example... mushrooms, onions, peppers, courgettes, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes (always best to boil potatoes a little first) then just heat up some olive oil, chuck them all in a pan in the order in which they take longer to cook then cook them till they are nearly soft then you can add any jar of sauce you like, curry (theres loads of diferent kinds) tomato pasta sauce, chilli con carne, gravy granules or stock for a stew or soup, you can then have that with rice, pasta, spaghetti, mash, tacos, wraps, jacket spuds, chips (yum chilli and chips are awesome). I rarely make my own sauce but we always add fresh veg then wack a jar on it. Once you can make a good veg / meat base you are laughing!

Try shopping down the world foods aisle at tesco's, they have some amazing jars and packets of sauce and flavourings down there.

awww thanks lou im gonna go to tesco tomoz and do that
would most sauce be ok for bray to have?

Yeah Isaac has whatever we are having. With curry and chilli i just give him the veg spooned out of the sauce and then I put a little of the sauce on and mix it all in with the rice so its not too spicy. He always prefers the bhajis and samosa's anyway.

I forgot to say that the veg base I mentioned you can also turn into an omelette too once the veg is cooked :) Isaac loves mushroom omlette and its a really quick easy dinner :D
