When I ate meat a german friend of mine used to make frikadellas. They are delicious. You ever tried them? They are like meat balls but alot yummier

mmm those meatballs look amazing! LOVE meatballs.

I make Delias ones, with mashed potato! One of my fave meals!

Ive only really made a batch of sweet potato, and carrot and parsnip purees this morning, so not really worth a picture!

I got Delia's how to cheat at cooking book off my SIL for mothers day, it has some great recipes in and I'm gonna cook a new one every week. Kinda like my own cookery course on the cheap.

Tonight is Vietnamese beef patties and next week is Luxury seafood pie.

I spent ages in Tesco looking at the world food stuff and OMG!!!!! Half of it I've never heard of!!

I hope it's gonna be impressive food, quick!

Anyone else got this book or tried any of the recipes??

Mmm i love spinach!!! I always think i don't like fish, but there is so many different kinds I'm bound to like some. The pie has monkfish, scallops and king or tiger prawns.

I seen some prawns in Tesco and they were blue I never knew they were blue before they were cooked.

yeh they are a grey colour until they are cooked..

Thats salad looks lush!
