Tonight I am having Chicken Enchaladas and Dirty Rice
I think I put a bit too much cheese on top

It's a tex-mex dish that I have usually in Houston and it is lush!! It's like spiced with mits of chopped pepper through it.... yum!!

...........also I brought the wrong prawns, I normally get the peeled ones. Its such a pain in the bum having to stop eating and peel them

Cod doesn't seem to taste of anything but smells sooo fishy (or is that just me?! )
