Hi girlies!!!
Well done of making time and exercising at home
I think, Ill have to get one of the crosstrainers or somethign in October (thats when my blasted gym membership stops
! When I was signing up, I didnt notice
tiny chapter about that you must pay for gym from direct debit for 12 months and you cant terminate it for 12 months. So every gym session is like £30 for me
If you know that you go couple of times a week it is worth it, once in 2 weeks-not really
)
Anyways, I think finding 20 mins at home is much easier then leaving Danny with my DH and heading off to the gym for 2 hours.
Sarah-I would have loved to chat, but I just came in and it is too late now
And tomorrow in-laws arrive
So.....But you have fun, girlies!
And a dinner idea (a good way how to get rid of leftover food) - basically you brown chicken fillets in the pan, then add any veggies you have left (broccoli, onions (a must), carrot, baby corn, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes), pour over tinned chopped tomatoes, add indian spice blend ( I usually use korma. You can get that in the shops, where all the spices are), add some salt and simmer it for 25-20 mins. (I usually do it till the hardes veggies, like carrots are getting softer).
Pour it over boiled rice-yummmyyyy!!! Low fat, low calories extra healhty meal! Even my DH, who hates anything veggie had it and loved it!
Kim-you are very welcome to joyn
