Need a slimming buddy!PF Fat Fighters club:-)

Guess who's just got Wii fit?  The step aerobics is ace, I was on it for 30 mins and I'm knackered :rotfl:

I've also been out walking every morning with the pram for an hour, so I'm praying that I'll loose more next week. Really want to shake 8 pounds in 4 weeks.

Sarah: I've just had a TV/DVD etc put in the spare room so I can watch the TV or a movie or something while I'm working out too...let me know if you find any great workout watching shows!! :cheer:

Snuggle: Woohoo that's sooooo encouraging, just what I needed to get on it. I used to go on them all the time in the gym and loved them once my fitness level was up to the point where I could stay on it for ages at a time....hope it makes me shed a good 10lbs asap too!!

Babylicious: The Wii fit sounds great, my stepdaughter & fiance have it and love it too!! Good for you doing 30 minutes on there first go and great that your out walking too...your weight is gonna start dropping off!! 8lbs in 4 weeks is completely possible, 2lbs a week, you can do that!!!

Well I've been out walking with LO in the pram this morning too, now having some grilled vegetables for lunch, LO is climbing up the radiator just now  so might see what he makes of the cross trainer in an hour or so when my lunch has gone down.....snuggles review of 10lbs lost has inspired :D

I just bought a Wii Fit too, going to try out aerobics in a bit, being doing some hula hooping for a laugh

Hahaha LO has just ran off with half my lunch.....what a good dieting buddy he is!! :rotfl:

You bloody muppets :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

You do make me laugh! ive had a ok day but had a huge breakfast though but counted points etc - and had two cake bars as i cant be arsed to get up :rotfl: to make a proper lunch!

Feeling a bit down though today, i do need a kick up the arse - i will be going on that bike though tonight as im hoping to get the weight off for this weeks weigh in.

Kick up the bum pleae and possible food ideas.

Not feeling my dieting best today either....dunno why I'm blaming time of the month approaching!! LOL

What kinda food ideas are you looking for Sarah? Breakfasts, lunches, snacks etc? And as far as motivation goes....just think how fabby were gonna look this summer in vest tops and short shorts.....

Definitely dinners - breakfast i have got it down to pat, lunch is fine too - i just ometimes find dinner a bit boring sometimes.

Im going to have some quick fry steak tonight, and some new spuds as a quick meal as im so hungry.

Tomorrow im going to have to plan something out better. Better get my fat ass on the god damn cycle and burn the weight away.

This has to be my lowest day so far :( but ive done ok in my better weeks and am going to make samn sure i lost at least 2lbs this week or im going to be pissed off.

Does everyone in here fancy a natter tonight in chat room or msn? i think ity may be a good idea to maybe have a get to gether and chat about how weredoing and generally have some fun.

Il be about around 9ish

im so nosey ive been reading this thread since it started but never posted lol

Sarah, I can't chat tonight, just signing off now but thought I'd check on here dead quick...daytimes are better for me rather than evenings if anyone fancied it? As for dinners I have to say more or less I've been eating normal/regular dinners just using where possible lower fat ingredients. I've had chicken, home made pie and mash (mashed the spuds and scooped my bit out the pan then added the butter/milk for everyone else type thing), I've had grilled sausages with salad (lots of salad over the past fortnight with the heat.....but that's gone now). Anyway what else, I've had steak like your having tonight and made a gorgeous pepper sauce to go with it, low-cal chicken curry with rice, I'll be doing one of your risottos next week....grilled lamb, hummmm usually when I've dieted I've eaten weight watcher type meals from the freezer but wanted to do this with normal foods so I don't go back once I stop the diet if that makes sense. Try pasta & pesto (add some pine nuts!) that's nice and low fat, or pasta with tomato & motzerella....will come back tomorrow (or Sunday depending on time...) with a PM for you wth reciepes etc I've been doing, the above is just simple time saver type meals really.

Ahh thats cool - we ill have to arrange a time when we can all have a natter.

I had a few new spuds with extra light flora on! had pan fired steak with cal spray with mushrooms and was fooking lovely!

Thanks for your ideas nicola!

You nosy bugger Kim  your more then welcome to join us hun if you need too!

Who couldnt read our witty entertaining thread!

Hi girlies!!! Well done of making time and exercising at home
I think, Ill have to get one of the crosstrainers or somethign in October (thats when my blasted gym membership stops :wall: ! When I was signing up, I didnt notice tiny chapter about that you must pay for gym from direct debit for 12 months and you cant terminate it for 12 months. So every gym session is like £30 for me :wall: :wall: :wall: If you know that you go couple of times a week it is worth it, once in 2 weeks-not really :wall: )

Anyways, I think finding 20 mins at home is much easier then leaving Danny with my DH and heading off to the gym for 2 hours.

Sarah-I would have loved to chat, but I just came in and it is too late now :( And tomorrow in-laws arrive :? So.....But you have fun, girlies!

And a dinner idea (a good way how to get rid of leftover food) - basically you brown chicken fillets in the pan, then add any veggies you have left (broccoli, onions (a must), carrot, baby corn, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes), pour over tinned chopped tomatoes, add indian spice blend ( I usually use korma. You can get that in the shops, where all the spices are), add some salt and simmer it for 25-20 mins. (I usually do it till the hardes veggies, like carrots are getting softer).
Pour it over boiled rice-yummmyyyy!!! Low fat, low calories extra healhty meal! Even my DH, who hates anything veggie had it and loved it!

Kim-you are very welcome to joyn

Carina you could get a cross trainer for the price of 3 months gym membership, actually some of the cheaper ones start around the £60 marker so far cheaper than a year down the gym.....are you with Fitness First by any chance? I used to work for them and it's easy to wiggle out your contract if you know how!!

Well I've been good and bad today.....

Good: Had a fantastic breakfast, been for a good hour long walk, lots of house work (inc. hoovering) that's burned the cals!

Bad: I've eaten a packet of crisps, a biscuit and some potato salad and it's only 3.40pm :wall:

I'm definatley due on, Im grumpy as heck today too!!

  Hi Girls  to all those that need them. Been for 1 1/2 walk today and my legs are really feeling it, wondering if I'm eating enough too as I'm feeling tired again.

Fancied Korma for tea but looked at the jar of sauce we have and it's like 238 cals for 1/4 jar :rotfl: I'm like how much :rotfl:
