is so swollen tonight does anyone know anything i could do to getthe swelling down???????????????

the only thing i can suggest is a cold foot bath as thats what i have to do when my carpal tunnel plays up and i look like im wearing boxing gloves lol

You could try putting your feet up. That should help the swelling. I read somewhere that covering them with a cold cloth helps ease the pain. xx
