moby wrap help needed

i wonder what i do wrong! my back is hurting when i wear Noa
i have looked at the instructions n it looks like i do it right.. but also, when i wear him, he look so squashed up n uncomfy!
is he suppose to have his tummy against me or his side? he seem more comfy if he sort of lay with his side against me but im scared its wrong..

i really want it to work but its hurtin so much in the back, like up between my shoulders

ehmm i dont understand what u mean.. what carry?

It should say in the instructions 'newborn upright hold' for example x
