Metformin Advice

As the title says, i would like some ideas of wat im to expect

The gynae prescribed this for weight loss as i need to start by losing 10% of my weight. Also since mc my cycles are really short ie 22 days sometimes not at all present!

So wat i wanna know is, did it help with weight loss?
Which diet plan did it work best with?
Does it regulate cycles?
Wat side effects did it have?

Pls pls pls someone answer so i know wat lays ahead

Hey U, good to see you back on here. In terms of metaformin Im afraid I have no knowledge of it so cant offer much advice. I have lostmy weight with weight watchers so if u want any help or advice about that then Im your gal! Good Luck to you honey, I know you can do it! Xxxx

I'm on month 3 of metformin x have lost 2stone in 5-6 mnths by calorie controlled diet, myfitnesspal app for my iphone x

Metformin side effects I had- flushes, headaches, feeling faint on odd occasion ( usually at work I'm a nurse so sometimes struggle with breaks so usually when I'm hungry) the main side effect is diorrhea - severe diorrhea x usually when change dose but then ur body gets use to it x

Pm me if you need personal advice xx I lost 30lbs but got a further 28 to go so I know how hard it is xx

hi hun im been on metformin for my diabities and it did nothing for me only give me the runs lol but it might work different for you good luck xx
