Maternity Notes Abbreviations - Found Out

Does anyone know what BS=3 means on your notes, went to the consultant yesterday and he had written this?

It annoys me all these abbreviations they use, I wish they would explain things better

Asked the midwife today, apparantly it's Bishops Score. It looks at where the cervix is, how effaced you are, how dilated you are, my score of 3 meant nothing much doin!

I wouldnt worry, they know what it is and if it was something bad they would have told you, you sound like your a nosey bugger like me, i amlways read my notes for ages

Theres a section somewhere in the notes with alot of abreviations explained perhaps it says on there?
