I just remembered I've had an internal scan when I donated eggs, don't think there was a condom because I vaguely recall questioning the hygeine.

Hello ladies.... I'm tip toeing in to this thread with am EDD of 28th March based on last period. Not sure if I'll stay though as in my previous pregnancies Ive been put back a few days

Welcome Chase. Out of interest, when they put your delivery dates back, we’re they closer to your actual delivery dates? My last IVF was strange because you know exact dates, yet they still change them at the scan. Mine was due originally on 8th Jan, changed to the 3rd, born on the 9th. Because I was so far over according to their updated EDD they were talking about a sweep and induction, even though in reality he was only a day late. Not going to let them do that again.

I know what you mean about being half way Spatky. I was thinking exactly the same thing yesterday. I can’t put up with another 7.5 months of this. Luckily I know it gets better after 12 weeks.

Scan day for me. Hubbys not feeling well so this should be interesting.

Hays my last pregnancy I knew exactly when I ovulated and worked my due date out as 31st August, at my scan they changed it to 26th August then she came on her own on 1st September so I’m convinced my date was correct.

Argh, I'm so nervous. I've got an appointment to see GP today, but it's about scan results. I have a lump under my arm/on my back. So far I've heard a lot of "oh it seems ok, it hasn't grown, it's fine" but I can't help but worry. I'm hoping to tag on an "oh I'm pregnant too" to the end of the appointment

My first baby came out at 36 week and my next at 37+5 so both were early.

I take EDD wjrh a pinch of salt, babies come out when they want. The EDD has a 2 week window either side so I don't cling onto that date at all

Thanks Rainbow. I’m far less trusting of their dating scans now. My first came 2 weeks early, 2nd was spot on due date, and 3rd was 1 day over the original. I liked getting earlier due dates because it meant that the pregnancy was over faster (I’m not one that really enjoys this) but the extra strain when they go overdue is awful.

The way I look at it is any day from 37 weeks could be D-Day!
It's the whole 9 months VS 40 weeks thing.
That being said I was induced at 40+4 due to reduced movement.

Oh due dates! DD was 2 weeks over. I was induced 12 days over at 1130 on the Sunday morning and she didn't arrive until day 14, the Tuesday morning at 1124. So almost 48 hours alter being induced. I really really don't want to be induced this time.

I'm not sure how it'll all work as I had to have a C-sec and this time I'd love to try a natural birth. Anyone else had a vbac?

Not quite for me, as I’m only 5+1 today, but I always think tri 1 is weird like that - a third of it you didn’t even know you were pregnant.

Scan was great. Definitely only one in there. I’m SO relieved. Saw a little flash which was the heartbeat. So lovely.
