Hi ladies!
This is the first time I've been in anything like this, but thought I'd join as I have been reading so many breads, and thought that this would be a good place to offload any stresses to people who understand the process and won't think I'm losing my mind! (Although it feels like it already)! I am analysing everything 🤦🏻*♀️ But I have to realise that it's hard to make sense of what changes are normal for my body and what ones are in line with my dreadful shift pattern! Currently on night shifts, which obviously throw your body out of whack anyway but so hard not to convince yourself it's a potential lreganany rather than a messed up body clock!!
Just trying to be more relaxed but failing 😂
