The Mccanns sedated their children so they would sleep through their night out. Madeline woke up, she was groggy, got out of bed and fell, banged her head against something and died. The Mccanns came back and found her, they realised the sedative would be found in her system, and panicked, hid her and reported her missing.

there only saying 2 years cos obviously its going to coax them into admitting something, because if they carry on denying and lying then the sentence will be so much longer

My take on this now

they both sedated her and gave her a overdose by mistake... then she died and robert murats(sp) got rid of her body


I've heard that in the car they hired 25days after maddie was taken that police have found some blood( mite not be true tho)


I have always thought something wasn't quite what it seems with them....

i avoided the maddie topics, as i didnt feel much for the parents. and didnt want to be lynched.

not being funny, but when she first dissapeared, everyone was all 'oh the poor parents' ect.

and now people are finaly realising, theres more than meets the eye.

thats my thinking atm.

i tried to avoid them too because everyone was feeling sorry for kate and gerry, and i didnt want to say what i thought incase people thought i was being nasty or inconsiderate.
but i think, and hope, that its all going to end in the next day or so.

kate and gerry are going to be the worlds most hated people if it ends up true, and they'll go down in history just like jack the ripper and the yorkshire rippers

Wel a few days before maddie was "snatched" there was another little girl who got taken but we didn't realy hear a lot about her did we!!!???

I've always thought if this had been a single mum or a young couple the attention would have been different and they wouldn't still have the twins so why are the Macanns so different!?

i'm not gonna be like oh i knew there was something funny
about them, coz i never suspected them and still dont.

its ridiculous because if they had enough solid evidence that
they were involved they would have been charged and they
certainly wouldnt need to offer her a deal to confess.
they are desperate, incompetent police and they

how could they have done it..they were at dinner with 7 ppl
they did see maddie because 1 of them checked there kids at
the same time as gerry at 9.00 its
between 9 and 10 she went missing theres not enough time
to discover her and hide her, they raised the alarm straight away!
i dont see why 7 ppl would lie about a dead 3 yr old!
where did they hide her?? the whole area was searched with dogs they couldnt have gone that far away if they did hide her!!
