I am trying to lose weight, although i'm failing at the moment, when i do get started - it will be fairly extreme
I feel that as long as you are meeting a minimum calorie allowance from unprocessed lean and green foods, are taking a wide spectrum supplement and are drink plenty of water that it won't effect conception.
I'm supposed to be starting tomorrow.
I mean... i AM starting tomorrow!
My plan is to basically not eat unless my body is actually suffering hunger pains for 30 mins. I tend to eat way too much food when i'm not even hungry.
When i did this last time i was probably consuming about 800 calories each day (excluding veg, fruit and skimmed milk which i had unlimited) for about 3 months and i dropped 2 stone.
My period didn't change at all and if i'd stopped ovualting or anything then it would have.
I never went below the middle of healthy for my BMI and ofcourse if you are exercising that you need to eat what you burn.
OK - maybe not the most sensible advice ever, but i will be doing it myself so can't say fairer than that
