GG those lines are fantastic!!!!


Took my I first digital today. Was a relief to see the it come up pregnant straight away. I've not tested since Saturday night I think. Though it said 2-3, do you think it should be 3+ yet. Am I right that the more hcg you have the further along the test goes? i should know this stuff.

Also my major symptom seems to be that I have the runs. Literally every time I eat something Never had it before. Tmi probably but was in the bathroom AGAIN this morning and I kid you not, a bloody wasp flew in the window. I was like " Are you fking kidding me I can't leave This bathroom !" These tiny humans playing havoc lol

Just wondering how everyone is doing symptom wise? I feel like I'm too early (3+6) to be feeling what I'm feeling and starting to wonder if my last period was really a period? Or if I'm just susceptible to strong symptoms (seeing as it's my first pregnancy, I've no idea what to expect).

Feeling nauseous during the day, trying to keep fluids up but even sipping water makes me feel sick.
Boobs have grown already (I'm a H cup anyway)! Sore on any little movement, such as walking etc.
Slight cramping.
Sooooo tired.
Fuzzy headed, feel lightheaded, feel not myself or not quite there. Forgetting things (forgot my pin number this morning).
Frequently urinating.

Does this sound normal for 3+6 weeks or do you think I could be further on? x

I think that's a lot of symptoms for 3+6

My boobs are sorer which every passing day and I am mega bloated. Oh yeas the baby brain is kicking in also I am enjoying no nausea just now nut I know it will come sooner or later x

Hmmm I don't know!!! Gonna get a CB conception indicator tomorrow maybe x

I know, I wanted to punch the doctor. He then went on to day "but I don't want to worry you, it's normal and if it happens then don't worry!" Okay thanks then!!!

Thread jumping as ours is very quiet at moment (hoping they are all ok ) your hcg results have to be at least 2000 to get a 3+ on a digi, so you might be just under that by a small amount, as if you got a wasp this time of year- cars are iced over in a morning here lately it's that cold xx

I think they booked me in too early for my first appointment with a midwife, I will be 6 weeks and I read that it should be between 8-12 weeks. I think I will call and change it tomorrow x

I got mine for 17th November and I think it makes me 7 weeks? I was like isn't that too early but she said they take between 6 to 10 here. My last one was at 10 weeks so many be its your docs? But change if you feel uncomfortable xx

I re-booked this morning for when I am 8+3. I felt like 6 weeks is way early but 7 doesn't sound so early xx

Shanivy, I wouldn't worry about 3+ yet, at 5 weeks I would still expect 2-3 on digi xx

With DD i got 1-2 (4 weeks?) on the day of missed period, 2-3 (5 weeks) a week later and 3+ 4 days after that (6 weeks-ish?).

Men are clueless!! You should have lol.

I had really bad cramps with my daughter last time and I thought I was having another mc. On the phone the (male) doc was basically like "probably a mc, nothing we can do, take strong painkillers, are you planning on trying again or will you be wanting contraception" Basically. My OH had to take the phone off me. Luckily she was fine and I never took the painkillers. But I swear male doctors have no clue.

I'm good Hun. Sciatica is easing up I think so work next week should be fine I hope. You?

Thanks. I thought my first test was 3+ with DD but I can't remember, maybe it wasn't.I've another for next week. As long as it changes I'll be happy. I missed my period on sat so I guess it's okay

Agree with you though I'd not be happy with a 6 week appointment. Glad you got it changed xx

Hi everyone. I am new to this site and trying to conceive baby #2. I have currently been trying for roughly 5 months. I am currently on CD 19 of roughly 28-days and I just started using OPKs for the first time but I am not an expert on them. I do take my temp every morning at the same time. I have tried Fertility Friend but for some reason it will not log me in. I was wondering if there is any experienced BBT charting that can take a look at my numbers and see if they know when I ovulated and if we caught the egg in time. Thank you kindly ladies and keeping my fingers crossed for those waiting to test and congrats to those who got their BFPs.

Shanivy mine is booked for the 17th and I'll be 7 weeks too! Spooky!

Jemrose I have had quite a few symptoms too which I think are just the changing hormones -- so tired but waking up a lot in the night, needing to pee constantly, headache, loads of cm and today I've felt quite neauseaus but I don't know if that last one is just because I'm excited and anxious about the pregnancy!

I've not even rang the Dr's to book in with the midwife and won't until I'm 8 weeks ... Having a scan around 6 weeks then hopefully another at 8 weeks. With my Dd I had scans weekly from 6-12 weeks. I won't have it this time, I feel way more relaxed about everything the last few days.
Shanivy - I didn't get 3+ till 6 weeks last time. I got a 2-3 on Sunday, were the same dates I'm gonna do another on Wednesday see of it's gone up. Are you doing another?
No symptoms for me, I had nausea and was sick on Saturday but nothing since! Boob's never change for me. I have been going to the toilet a lot and having mega cramps. That's it. Most women don't have symptoms till 6+ weeks tho x

I live in Scotland, in the country. It's Baltic here. Believe me sitting on the toilet with the runs trying to dodge it, it was definitely a wasp!

My symptoms are few and far between. I have a dodgy stomach literally every time I eat. Apparently you can either get diahorrea or constipation so I'm not worried. It's just annoying. And cramps every now and then and that's it. My only symptom last time was cramping until about 10 weeks when morning sickness hit. I'm a lot more chilled this time too. Only rang the docs to see when to phone and they put me through for appointment there and then lol. That's good you're getting a scan, do you mid me asking why you get so many?Xx

Shanivy the poops is awful especially when your cramping already! Find myself literally running to the loo to stop the pain.
Hoping for the 3+ tmoz might stress aittle if I don't lol.
I get scans cos I had 6 mcs before my daughter was born (shes only 2 months aha). So have to take aspirin and progesterone pessaries then have a scan to see if viable to carry on taking them as progesterone made me stop miscarrying pregnancy before my daughter. But hoping for another at 8 weeks as they've had HBs at 6 weeks then I'd usually mc at 8 weeks so will have to see what they offer me. X

God I know it's the worst. Hoping it doesn't last a long time otherwise nursery runs will get interesting aha. I'm sort of wondering if I'm actually getting my folic acid because of it.

Aw sorry to hear that. I've had one mc but I can't imagine 6, you must be so strong. After mine when I had my daughter, someone told me that if I hadn't had a mc my daughter would never have existed. Some people might be insulted by that but In a weird way I always find that comforting because I just couldn't live without her.

That's so good they're looking after you properly. I'm sure it's comforting too. That's an amazing age gap lol they'll be so close. So so much luck to you for this baba !!xx

If your poop is normal colour I think you should be absorbin it OK. If it's green your body is getting rid of stuff too fast.
Well I moved to a different area when I was preg with Scarlett... Where I lived before they told me to stop taking aspirin I said no obviously lol this time I rang up and they're like start taking it immediately so I do think they're better here!

Yeah they sound better! That's good after everything you've been through. I hate that women get different maternity care depending on location honestly. Seen so many stories. My last midwives were shocking. I lived in a little town. Came into Dundee to have my daughter and the midwives were amazing. Such a difference X
