It's taken a while to get myself back online, but now I can announce that Jenifer made her arrival last Wednesday at 9:41am by c section, weighing in at 6lb 12oz.
The op went without a hitch, but I was scared out my wits by the whole thing. Jeni had a little problem breathing to begin with due to excess mucus lodged in her throat, but once they got that cleared, she did well and I finally got to hold her in the HDU about an hour later. I think the worst bit (beside the scary op was having the drain pulled out on the Friday night...I nearly couldn't get my teeth off my finger
)
We were allowed to come home Saturday night but I've been resting well and trying hard not to over do things.
