Can you please take me off of the 1st. I doubt that I have ovulated at all and I'm currently just waiting for this cycle to end... With a bottle of red wine. Who knows maybe somewhere in 2018 it will be our turn to see that elusive until then I'm just going to get on with the rest of my life. Lol TTC is great and exciting, it has its lows and its highs but it's the journey to getting where you want to be that makes everything worth it in the end.

So here is to renewed hope, optimism and a brand new start for everyone! May 2018 be the year where dreams came true!

Especially for you Alexis, Moomin and Sunflower!!!

Thanks everyone. Yeah Kat , Moomin, Sunflower Melly, pidge and millie I feel we all deserve a bfp in 2018. We have surely got to make the list smaller with ppl who have been trying 1 year plus! I don't think I could get by some days without a vent on here.

I met up with some friends who are all single and no kids we went fpr pizza and beer......1girl and 2 guys and had such a laugh . There was bo baby or kid chat and I hadnt laughed like that for so long. I then get on train home and its FULL of kids in party clothes playing with toys and it hit me hard. The world constantly reminds me !

I'm glad you had time to chill out and enjoy yourself. I also don't know how I'd get through life some days without venting on here!! I hope we all move into tri 1 together sometime soon. Just struggling to hang on to hope any more. I'm hoping to focus more on us as a couple. I think we need to. Just don't think this is going to end well for us.

Soooooo... Day 45 no AF. FF also took away the ovulation crosshairs this morning because my temps are non indicative of O. Go figure eh? Lol. Going to see my gyni second week of Jan to get some tests done. I'm hoping that whatever is wrong is treatable. Only time will tell I guess.

Well af is finally going away after being a total cow, so heavy and just dreadful this month. As if it's not enough of a kick in the teeth that she's here she has to go full force and rub it in!
This month im not using opks, I'm just going on previous cycles and will monitor cm.
And just when we feel like it with a few added in for good measure lol.

Put me down for the 31? AF came on the 29th but it's already over.

As I have 21-day cycles there is a really good chance that I will be out well before then. AF has been so light lately that I don't even really feel like a woman, don't think I will get my BFP for a loooong while. This is fine, as I'm not in a hurry, but I'm starting to feel grateful that I stopped preventing so early.

I'm not feeling very hopeful for this cycle - it's been a weird one again. I had far to many positive opks.. so I don't know when/of if I've ovulated. Af is due on the 8th or 9th so I'm sure she will show up just on time.

CD12 for me and nothing exciting to report. OPKs still negative but going to dtd later anyway. Hope everyone is doing ok.

Good luck all testing soon. I did a opk this morn at cd#10 and it's almost positive. I have ovulation pain on both sides. This happened last month too but actually it eventually went positive cd#17 after it almost going positive this early. Why is this happening again? It feels like both sides of ovaries are buzzing/vibrating. Something weird is going on. When I get my hsg can they tell from that if I have ovulated etc?

As far as I know, The HSG literally just shows if the tubes are open. Have you had a pelvic ultrasound? I had to have 2 to confirm the polyp at different points in my cycle. When I went for the first one I was approaching ovulation. She was able to tell me what side I was ovulating from.

how many days DPO do you all test? I am 8 at moment, think I can test with 1st response on 3rd but should wait until 8th really! In reality I will probably test every day from Wed! Good Luck everyone x

I had to have one before the GP could even refer me to fertility. All clinics seem to be different though. I would have thought they would want to do one at some point. It was the ultrasound that picked up my polyp. The HSG was normal and I still had the polyp when I had the HSG done. I think an ultrasound can spot other things too.

Thanks I will ask at hsg test and then again on 30th at next appt ! Need to write down some questions as my 1st appt was so short and sweet. I was wondering if your bloods are showing ovulating would they check any other bloods or if hsg is normal what is the next step?
