It went as well as it could today....it hurt...but was quick and the people were lovely. Its a waiting game now...should hear on Tues. Am quite sore this eve and not been able to do much...another gentle day tomorrow I think.

New to forum and first time prego after about 2 years of trying. Had an early private scan at 8.5 weeks and all looked well.I am 10 weeks and my main concern is lack of symptoms! I don't want them, sickness etc, but it is a bit unnerving! Anyone else? My next scan is in 2.5 weeks I'm desperate to go! I am due around 20th Jan 2016. Hello!

Congratulations on your BFP Bet you are over the moon!

I wouldn't worry too much about symptoms. I didn't have many, and non were what I would call negative. My boobs (esp nipples) were sore, I had growing/stretching cramps and I was tired. That's about it! Most have completely decreased now, with just the odd day here and there when I feel something. Apparently 25% of women don't get any symptoms at all, so I wouldn't worry!

hi i had my scan yesterday- thankfully everything was well but apparently due date is 30th december! do i have to leave this thread now hahas

munchkin was swimming all over the place- gave me a good view of its back.
couldnt stop laughing
such and amazing feeling to see him/her for the first time

Glad everything's ok excited newbie , got my 12 week scan on Wednesday I'm so nervous feel really bloated and uncomfortably when I sit up so have to slouch on the sofa lol I'm having twins but don't remember feeling this uncomfortable so early on , so I'm convinced something wrong , only time will tell I suppose xXxX

Hi. My EDD has been changed from 6 Jan to 31 Dec, I guess this means I'm Tri2 from Thursday! xx

Hey ladies. I've been lurking in the background of tri 1 for a while now and it's time for me to say hello. I'm actually 12 weeks today but not due scan for another 2 weeks so haven't quite accepted this is really happening! This is my 3rd baby and a happy surprise for us. My others are 3 and 5 and are very excited about a little brother or sister. Apart from immediate family we haven't told anyone else yet.

Hi riccy, I'm still on the weekend as we're on a day off today. I think my nausea is slowly starting to ease - yesterday morning was the first morning I was actually able to lay in bed for a while after waking without feeling sick to my stomach and needing to eat something.

We're off to town soon as I desperately need jeans. I've gone from a size 10 to my 12s not fitting in the space of a few weeks I've put on almost a stone already but I don't feel 'fat' so I'm hoping a lot of it is fluid. I'm also going to try another shop for bra fitting and see if this one is a success after last weekend.

Welcome and congratulations! I am 12 weeks tomorrow, so we'll be due around the same time I can't wait to reach tomorrow, a milestone that feels like it's taken me forever to get to!

I went into town on Saturday and did some more baby clothes shopping. Finding it more difficult than I expected to find gender neutral clothes, but still managed to get quite a few things. There's some amazing sales on right now!

I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and this week feels like 'the final countdown' as we are telling my side of the family this coming Sunday, before finally telling friends and extended family.

It's been a nice weekend here, packed full of parties and fun !
Well today is my first official 'unemployed' day .. I have an appointment at the job centre in the morning. Citizens advice advised I can claim my maternity allowance from Oct and between now and then I can claim contribution job seekers - seriously nobody is going to hire a pregnant woman for 3 months are they ! I was looking for work for 2 months last year and couldn't claim job seekers because my hubby earns to much but they have told he the rules have changed so I will be given. Something depending on how much tax and ni if paid over the last 2 years !! It's silly really as i worked full time from leaving school and paid into the system, at times like this they should help you out. We shall see !!

Had a bad night with Olly, he was up 4 times in the night then woke very early for the day so I'm shattered. If just had to wrestle him down for a nap because he is so tired and he is naughty when he is tired so I'm having a chill out hour - plucked my brows and painted my nails , now I'm starting to feel a bit normal I need to look the part lol
