In need of tips / advice

Thanks guys yea it's a struggle to not he on meds but I got taken off them while I was under investigation with my heart because it seemed like my heart rate was really high and my meds did have that side effect but I just stayed off them found out I have arithmia but I just knew I wanted to start trying so I just stayed off them and glad I did because it would have been hell going through meds withdrawal with everything we had going on recently.
Oh yes it was real feel of -1C today so heating has been on today and the winter wardrobe has been taken out and summer clothes have gone into storage I totally need more vintage winter clothing lol.
I've talked to OH last night and we are going to look at different prenatals for me and he has started wearing looser boxer shorts he drives for a living so spends alot of time sat in a nice warm van so he's making an effort to keep the crown jewels cooler and has agreed to getting some conceive plus lube so fingers crossed this helps.
I'm trying to get back to where I was fitness wise before all these flare ups because at the moment even walking has me out of breath, not a bad level more of the out of breath you want to see when your exercising I'm not totally breathing through my butt unless I run up the stairs or move the heavier things around the house around.

Just reminded me when you mentioned Conceive Plus. We tried it as well as Preseed. We happened to be using Preseed when we caught but I don't believe it had any bearing on it as we had a lot of failed cycles with both!! One thing I would say is that Conceive Plus felt more like the consistency of a normal lube but Preseed was a lot runnier. You may find you prefer the feel of one over the other. They often come with applicators but we just used them like a normal lube as the applicators waste loads and it's expensive. A lot of ladies on here said the same.

Thanks hun I'll probably go for conceive plus over preseed then don't fancy one that's abit runny lol

Thanks for the info soni I think I've found a supplement I will be using as it's more readily available to me

Thanks ladies. Exercise is a problem for me at the moment because my fibro has been such a cow bag recently so I have to slowly build myself back up again but I do at least 1 hour a week at majorettes and then practice with the ladies on my team when we are all free and my fibro is behaving. I'll try out some if the supplement suggestions. I'm 11st 4lbs at the moment so my bmi isn't the worse but isn't the best but I'm still skinny just have a little tum that sticks out that I have even when I was at my smallest. I'm 5ft 3 so I could do with losing a little weight to be fair. Yea I try not to eat to many processed foods we cook alot from scratch

I just got down from 11st 5 to 10st 7lbs in about 2 months on Atkins (5ft 4). I also have problems exercising. I do very gentle seated yoga and pilates. Both of these help exercise around your reproductive area and are really good for it.

Also keep the caffeine low and avoid alcohol. Your partner needs to do the same. His weight is also a factor and make sure he drinks enough water.

I'm veggie hun so Atkins doesn't work for me but I did lose 2 stone earlier this year before we started trying on slimming world. To be fair I'm comfy at this weight at the moment I don't look over weight and I'm not that much over.
I don't actually drink so alcohol isn't an issues and my oh doesn't drink very often either and yea caffine isn't an issue for me I had to cut that back last year and OH has cut his caffeine down to. Once I'm back to rights I'm going to go to a yoga class at the gym my other half goes to on a Friday I get to go for free on a guest pass once a week so going to make use of it. My other half is at a good weight he has to be a little over as everytime he is poorly his weight plummets so fast so he's gotten back to a good weight and has managed to keep it on for about 5 months now.

Alcohol/caffeine/smoking weren't an issue for us either. For OH in particular though, sugar is his downfall!! He just cannot say no to a sweet treat and would have it even if he's full. He really made an effort to cut back and he did lose about a stone that way with just a bit more exercise. He has a desk job so really could do with being a bit more active. The rest of his diet is generally pretty good. He just needs to know when he's crossing the line and overindulging!!

You sound really healthy. It could be a matter of time. It takes some people longer. My OH is on WellMan vitamins. I'm just taking folic and iron. Iron can be an issue for women TTC. Spatone is really gentle...it's iron water. My fertility doc wanted my iron quite high for conception.

Yea I'm going to get some different ones from hollend and barret called bud if I remember rightly but at the moment I take a multi vitamin iron and folic acid and started adding maca powder today. My downfall is a sweet tooth but to be fair I don't buy sweets ect so I can't have it the only time I indulge is when AF is here or I'll have abit of sugar when I'm on a busy day and my fatuige is kicking off . I only have 1 cuppa a day with 2 sugars and that's it. The indulgences are rare though so first couple of days of AF then the rare occasion I have no choice because fatuige shakes are hitting but I can't afford to let them lol I've put more weight on because we are eating good food made from scratch more then anything and because ive had a good 4 or 5 full fibro flares since March which means I'm physically back at square one so building strength and everything from square one again so managing short walks but I'll build back up to decent hour walks that have me breathless. Hoping to get walk jogs going again but doubt full running will ever happen again
