Not sure how I feel about monitoring my CM, I’ve never done it before. I also ordered a thermometer so I can keep an eye on my BBT first thing in the morning.

I felt the very same, but its quite easy, Theres some great videos on youtube explaining the differences in Cm... To check, sit on the loo, finger and sweep around the cervix and pull out and look at the consistency - If its egg white or watery like, its fertile, if its creamy or sticky your not - You can also be dry, which is not fertile..

Give It try, its best to start monitoring around CD10
