How are all you new mummies doing?

I can't remember how old Hayley was, but I only up her bottle by an oz once she starts to finish the full bottle. Hayleys starting to take 8oz bottles, she's a little grubber lol

Thanks girls. He's been finishing the full 4oz bottles for a few days. Might up him tonight/tomorrow and see how he goes x

Hi girls. For those of you who are bottle feeding.

How old was your baby when they started drinking 5oz?

Ben is 5 weeks tomorrow and is drinking 4oz every 4hrs. Just wondering when I should start him on 5oz

Hope your good Daley! I always up Scarlett's when she started whinging for more milk straight away, I knew then that she wasn't getting enough. I would say go with it, he wouldn't drink it if he didn't want it x x

Hayley woke a little earlier than usual today just before 6am. Going to phone GP at 8:30 to try and get an appointment for Friday, hoping to get something to try for Hayleys reflux, HV yesterday said they should be able to prescribe something. SO far already she's been quite a bit sick - and even choked on it, but she was still able to breathe at least!

Got a call from my mum this morning, my dads in hospital as he has a seizure. Got bounce & rhyme this afternoon but I think I'll give it a miss, don't think I can do the whole extra happiness and smiles in public

Sorry to hear about your dad I hope he is okay you will have to have lots of cuddles between you to have a happy day.

Ellie done well. She is just at the 11lb mark at 7 weeks old and it says at 2months/11lbs they can have 5 6oz bottles. She's been having 6 4oz but has started screaming for more most feeds so I upped to 5oz yesterday and she seemed settled even had a long 3 hour nap in her big cot yesterday which is in heard of!
My little girl is growing to quick x

On a positive note I'm going to Norwich today to see info can get a dress for a wedding we have soon and might pop in to see my work colleagues

Well Luke decided 5am was party time! We trued to settle him, gave him a bottle at 6 in hope he'd drop off - no such luck do I brought him down and we watched labour pains on netflix (AWFUL movie lol) hubby still in bed... I'm so tired! I was up a few times in the night to him too fir his dummy

Just been to get Harry weighed n he is 16lb now my little porker.

Well I've made it through my first night without Scarlett, I misses her like crazy tho! I've never felt the need for our sidekick not to be there but I had forgotten how much fun me and hubby can have together, we defo needed it! Going to walk off my slight hangover and give her the biggest hug now

Emma is finally sleeping through again, although usually needs a dummy putting back in when Chris wakes her with all his noise at 6ish. She's fighting her naps now though which means I get nothing done as she's so clingy and her whinge cry is soooo anoying!lol

Jojo, I take it your pumpkin patch order arrived all Emma's clothes are now 6-9 or 6-12 months, and some of the. Are too tight. Think I need her weighed and measured. Put her in the crèche at the gym this morning and there was a baby there 3 weeks younger. Emma was about twice his size!

He's been up a bit at night - chewing fiat a lot, drooling, and doe some reason he's been putting his bottom
Lip over his gums last dew days. He's off his food too. His cheeks are really red and he's got a rash on his left cheek.

Just managed to get some paracetamol down him

Toria - Luke's legs fit into 6-9 months but his belly doesn't and he's flight on the top so still in 3-6 - in fact I think he could still fit in some 0-3 at a push

Austin's have been like this for weeks but no sign as of yet. Same symptoms too aside from being off his food. Hope you have more joy

Jojo, his gums look bumpy like there's teeth under there. I thought Emma was teething a few weeks ago, then she came right. I'd say just keep an eye on them.

Luke just threw up his entire bottle in a exorcist-esque kind of way... I'm covered in regurgitated baby milk!

Not sure If I should try and get him to sleep or take him down and give him a while and try his bottle again
