How are all you new mummies doing?

Well Macie def off it after the projectile incident I cleaned her up n she was crying for more so I fed her n same thing happened again :-( she's managed to keep some down since but she's really sleepy today I'm just keeping my eye on her not rang docs just yet cus I don't think they will help me really hopefully when she wakes she will have some more milk xxxx

Doctors told me that if babies vomit feeds up to seek medical advice of they bring up half their feeds in a day. I took
Luke to the hospital when he was about 7 weeks old because he vomited up 3/5 bottles... He was done though. The advice I was given is if they are vomiting go back to feeding little and often. I started feeding him 2oz every hour

Must be something in the water atm as Isabelle's been very cranky in the mornings this week. Much better today though thankfully!

Kathryn, the one she wore last night was a gift but it was from George at Asda. She's got a couple of hand me down ones too. Will check the labels in a bit (she's feeding now). ETA One is Bebe Cool and the other is Feu Follet. Neither are brands I'm familiar with though so no idea where they came from!

Jojo I can't believe Luke's standing on his own already! You're going to have fun with him when he gets mobile!!

He kinda stands up. He pulls himself up withy hands and then grabs onto things. He's been doing it for a few weeks now- he can stand for like 2 seconds on his own... Showing no signs of crawling though - mum thinks he's going to bypass the whole crawling thing like my brother did - it's nice because I had to wait a long long time to crawl or walk because I have severe talipes as a baby- I was in plaster for months after an operation when I was a few days old - you don't know how happy I was that Luke didn't inherit that

10 mins after I posted he woke up - had his bottle and was ok! Chewing his fists but ok! Must have been teething as he's shown no signs of allergy - he was grumpy the moment he woke up

He's been ok this afternoon just very fists in mouth and drooling with flushed red cheeks :/ :(

Grumpy babies today!! Must be something in the water. S has just generally been fussy :wall: went to see my friend and newborn today tho... Sooo broody!! :-(

Harry has been fussy n fry oh today too, just getting ready to go to ny friends for takeaway b meet her two week old lo can't wait for a cuddle guna b very broody tho!!!

Luke was fussy in the water but ok when he got home - think he needed that nap. Like has has his bath and is in he's now- hopefully he will stay there like he has the past few nights. So nervous about getting his weighed tomorrow incase he's dropped off the centile and the hv says something. He seems just fine to me - just not much around he middle.

Kaedin, just say it's not you who decides how much he has to pay. At the end of the day £32 will only cover nappies, formula and food when she starts on it. And you can't work as you're raising Hayley! Bet you he would poo his pants if you asked to help pay childcare too. Tell him not to go out one night!

When my oh split up with his wife of 2 years, their daughter was 1. He gave her the almost mortgage free house, car, all their possessions and £3200 a month, and she still complained. Your oh is getting off lightly.

Well Emma had her final settling in session at nursery today. 1-5 with a bottle, nap and dinner there. When I got there to pick her up, she looked at me then turned back to what she was doing. Lol. Little monkey. So they are happy she's fine there, so she starts fri next week!

Aww little babe. I swear girls are more I dependant than boys

What a day!! After the two projectile incidents she managed a bottle n then slept for 2 hours she started crying for milk when she woke then projectile vomited that up again :-( rang docs n she got some diorolyte n got to go back in the morning it's going to be a long night poor little sausage she's managed to keep down about 5oz n is now fast on I've been really lucky as she's not really been that poorly n hearing her cry because she was hungry but can't keep it down broke my heart hope she feels better tomorrow xxxxx

I really hope it's just a 24 hour thing Nat and when she wakes up she's fine again

I know, he's ridiculous! I asked him after pay day what he wanted to give to hayley and he said nothing, so he can't come with his daft offer of £20 now. He threw me and hayley out with nothing except a few bags of her clothes. Child maintenance is worked out based on his incomings, if he would rather go out to the pub and club than give his daughter just 32 quid he will get a shock. I'm not accepting it, it's for Hayley. She deserves at lot more than 32 quid a week from him!

Aww glad emma has been settling in at nursery!

Too right kaedin! I think £32 is more than reasonable for him to pay - she deserves more

Especially when I've just had to buy a new cot, walker, jumperoo and a highchair. Plus all the essentials, nappies, wipes, formula. He's not spent anywhere near as much as she needs. And it's only going to get more expensive once we start weaning ect.

I hope he's not expecting you to provide him with the food, bubs, spoons, bowls fir weaning

I'm really hoping it's just a 24 hour thing too she's still fast on I can't tell u how glad I am I've got my angel care monitor tonight! Still keep checking bless her l!
I bloody hate men that don't want to pay 4 there kids my aunties ex husband signed over his business to his brother n all sites just to get out of paying her much it's like they think the money is for the woman! Don't they realise it's only the children that miss out he really is being a knob about everything I really feel 4 u chick xxxx
