How are all you new mummies doing?

I only started Thomas about 2 weeks ago so he was 5 months and so his head control was really good. He doesn't have any wobble moments now.

I knew Thomas was ready because he was grabbing for food. He loves eating what mummy eats lol. (Turned his nose up at a yoghurt as soon as I ate it he tucked right in).

Glad you had a great time bex. Hope you find a way of getting Oscar to have some mummy free time while your still with him.

Motherhood is filled with the strangest bunch of emotions ever isn't it lol. I'm so lucky in that Ruri sleeps all night but does not nap during the day! So whilst he has a lovely nights sleep I'm known to be caught bleaching the bathroom at 1 o'clock in the morning. What makes it even worse, is I love bleaching my bathroom!!

Same here I can't stand going to bed knowing the house is untidy (my version of untidy) so as soon as Ruri is in bed, my cleaning regime starts lol! Bathroom and kitchen are my favourites. How sad!

I'm with Kaedin. Once she's in bed we have dinner and then we mostly slob in front of TV until bedtime. We clean as and when, the house isnt dirty, but no-one would accuse me of being house proud, lol. Saying that, we do need to do a serious tidy fairly soon as our living room is not at all ready for when she starts crawling!

Uh oh hope your ok! We have a new routine, after Scarlett's first bottle she plays on her mat or in her chair and ill get all the housework done, then she goes up for her morning nap and I do too or I get showered. Means all my housework is done and I'm showered and rested to start the day next week she will be in a new routine tho!

Met up with my ex today at his work to work out a schedule on paper for Hayley. He had typed up and printed a big list. Saying he'll have her for 4 days, if he asks for any of her stuff (for example, prep machine, pram ect) i have to give it to him. I'm not allowed to enter his house, he won't give me any money for hayley, only provide for her when in his care, but he wont request any of her child benefit.

I told him i don't agree with any of it, said he can have hayley first thing on a saturday morning drop her off sunday morning and can have her a few hours during the week. He said that wasn't enough, said ive got a fight on my hands and stormed off. I shouted "are you not even going to say bye to your daughter" and he kept walking. Useless fecker! Oh well lawyers tomorrow! Fun fun fun!!

I've just had to step out of hues room because he's been crying for a full hour and I can't settle him. It's getting me so stressed I've had yo put him down and walk away for a bit.

No he took it with him as I said I don't agree with it. I had already told him 4 days is too much, Hayley needs a stable home that she knows is her home otherwise she'll not create a strong bond as theres no reliability as she'll be here, there & everywhere! He also wrote that anyone that both of us know can pick Hayley up. I said no, cos that means he's not spending time with her, the whole point is for him to see her & bond. Not all his family rather than him.

Courts always favour the mother - now no done agree with that really, but in this case it helps you!

Yeah he said he wants her Saturday morning until Monday morning, then some point during the week too after his work. It's just far too much time for such a little baby being away from her mummy and her home & everything that shes familiar and comfortable with

She would spend majority of the time being looked after by his family, so he's purely doing it to just annoy me. If he really wanted her he would've never threw me and Hayley out of out home at midnight.

I really didn't want to go to solicitors about this, it could have been easy if he was a mature adult. But hey ho, guess some men really arn't up to being a parent (even at 27!!). I'm 23 and miles more mature than him.

I still have all his verbally abusive texts that I'm more than happy to show to a lawyer, including him admitting he stole from me. So I really hope it goes in my favour.
