Hospital Bag... When to pack?

I need to pack food and drink!!!! Completely forgot!!!!

Iv been told lucozade is good to have a small high calorie snacks like flapjack, we were told at antenatal not to bother with chocolate apparently women don't fancy it when they are in labour xx

I didnt fancy chocolate in labour but I certainly did when in hospital afterwards as i had to stay in for few nights!!
had a box of lindt chocs packed, yum they were a god send!!! xxx
