OK so I just posted in TTC to say the test I did this morning was a BFN.....

But I just went to throw it in the bin and there's another line?!!!!!!

Holy Crap!!!!

It's very very very feint! and I mean very very feint but it's defo a line!! It's a first response plus!!

I can't even wake my OH up yet coz my next childminded child will be here any second so i'm kinda sitting here thinking oh s**t oh s**t oh s**t!!!!

I'm not getting too excited yet because I did leave the test for well over an hour before checking it after I thought it was a BFN so i'll have to do another test in a few days but .......

OH MY GOD!!!! Could we have finally done it??!!!!!!!!

I woke my OH up and showed him and he can defo see the line!! He's read the instructions and it says ignore a change in results after 10 minutes.

Thing is I didn't watch the test for 10 minutes because I literally throw some clothes on and rush down stairs ready for my 1st childminded child to get here! I reckon I checked it after 5 mins at the lastest!!

I'm doing another test tomorrow morning and we're buying another 2 tests tonight!

I'm excited but not just incase it's an evap line!! But then the line is defo blue?!

Man I wish i'd checked after 10 mins not 2 hours lol

the waiting is doing my head in!! I'm going to test tonight and i'm holding my pee until about 5ish so it's concentrated!

If it's positive we're going to get a clear blue digi for tomorrow, if's it's negative we'll buy an ordinary test and test on Saturday morning just to make sure it's defo a BFN!!

I tested again at 5. I waited 4 hours before peeing and my pee was quite concentrated!

It was a BFN so it looks like this mornings line was an evap line even though it's as blue as the control line?! We bought one more test for the morning (best of 3 and all that lol).

I had a good cry and a good chat with my fantastic OH and he said "well we're happy and we have eachother so thats all that matters at the moment isn't it"!! It's really made me think 'when it happens, it happens'! Until then we can have tons of fun trying!!

If you're very early on and the line was obviously faint enough for you not to see at first it's possible that anything other than FMU isn't concentrated enough for it to be picked up. Evaps are rare, and don't usually look like positive test lines - although I know you should disregard anything you see after the time limit. Fingers crossed for you for tomorrow

Are you shitting me I stalk your thread at stupid o clock in the morning to be told its a BFN and then it turns into excitement!!!!

I checked a test about an hour after doing it once and a line had appeared, turns out i really was pregnant. I hope you have to stay sober at that wedding afterall xx

Thanks for that Sam's Mum! It's sooo cruel that the line came up, evap lines should be a different colour altogether so there's a clear definition on whether it's a BFP or not!

Oh and Toon i'll defo stay sober at the wedding BFP or no BFP, I can't get drunk because the first and last time I got rat arsed I was sick for 4 days!!! I've never been drunk since coz I was that ill!! lol

I will have a couple of drinks though!
