Have I missed the April mummys thread?

Well, I think the sweep on Wednesday helped start things off. Started losing mucus plug on Thursday, by Friday evening I had mild contractions. These got stronger and more regular on Saturday morning and baby arrived at 13.40 Saturday afternoon. She was born 40+5, weighing 7lb 2oz.

That's great news, congratulations! Hope you're both recovering well xx

I came in for induction yesterday lunchtime at 39+1, I was already 2cm dilated when I came in and cervix was favourable but sadly there has been no progress since then! They are waiting for my cervix to thin out before the break my waters. Will see what today brings xx
