Hi, I'm 35+4 now and finishing work next week!! So ready for this pregnancy to be over now. We're getting there ladies! X

Hi everyone, 38 weeks today and just started ML. Have had some twinges over the last week, but nothing too significant. Hope you're all ok? Very nearly there now for all of us

On the countdown now, baby due in 5 days, finally finished work now & feel like a good rest!!

Hi firsttimemum29, you've done well to only just finish work now - I thought my 2 weeks before due date was quite late! My due date is Monday, no signs yet. By this point with my first, my waters had already broken and we were in the hospital. Looking very likely that I'm going over with this one - really hope not!

I was a bit crazy to work this late but as I teach it seemed like a good point to stop if I could make it, which I did (just!!) Just waiting for baby now, was very quick with my first so first signs I'll be on to the hospital, lol!

Seems like we should have a baby very soon then ladies! I'm 37+5 and in my last pregnancy went in on this day to be induced, baby was born at 1am on 38 weeks exactly. No signs of anything happening here but I've got an appointment with a dr in the antenatal clinic on Monday as I've had glucose in my urine twice recently. I had the gtt test in January and had a normal response so don't know what's going on now. I'm hoping they will say they won't let me go over though as the possibility of having complications is making me feel anxious xx

Hope your appointment goes well on Monday, Browneyed girl. We should all be holding our babies soon. I'm getting really impatient now, my first was born by this stage and I just assumed this one would be here by now too. Actually dreamt I had given birth last night!

Reuben Edward arrived 1 day early on Tuesday morning, weighing 7lb 9oz. He's a lovely little thing

Well my official due date is here. Still no signs of anything happening, growing very impatient now. Got a MW app on Wednesday, she has offered to do a sweep. Was originally thinking not to have it, but I think I probably will now. Didn't have one with my first and really don't like the idea of it, but if it could encourage things to start...

How's everyone else doing, any more April babies made their arrivals yet?

I've had a sweep attempted today, it's uncomfortable but not too bad. It could definitely help get things moving for you so depends how you feel about waiting otherwise.

I've been booked for induction next Monday at 39+1 due to glucose in urine and a couple of episodes of reduced movement. Hoping baby puts in an appearance before then but if not it's nice to know the end is in sight x

Well little one decided to arrive a few days early, born April 9th weighing 6lb 15oz. Glad he's finally here

Midwife appointment went well - my first sweep, it wasn't as bad as I'd expected. Not much signs of anything happening though. Next appointment in a week and then they will book an induction, which will be no earlier than 40+13 = 23rd April. Really hope she makes an appearance before then
