Aaaw - reassuring to hear someone in the same position as me - decided to come off the pill when he goes (in 6 wks time) - give it chance to get out my system before he comes back - never done this before so don't even have a clue of what to expect.

He's going for 7 months what about yours? Haven't stopped taking the pill for 13 years so it'll prob take for ever to get sorted. I don't even have any idea what my cycle was like before lol.

Jayne, My OH is off to Afghan too, so I understand how you'll be feeling

I know this thread is getting to know you but in absence of seeing this anywhere else...it would be interesting to find other WTT with military husbands. My hubby has been away a lot hence WTT for quite a long time now. Luckily for me that side of things has cooled off for him at the moment but feel for you guys as I know what it's like. Can feel like your life's waiting to start when they're away for so long! Could possibly start a WTT wifes and GF's with military husbands thread?
