Started snowing just as I was on my way home... Luckily James was all snuggly with his rain cover on and I had my big furry hat on. I love the snow.

Am glad to be home though

Glad you managed a nice walk Nat :) we have quite a lot of snow here so not sure I'd manage it...

Just wanted to ask you something. I might have thrush in my boobs (very sore :( ) and doc has given some gel for me and Harry to use. I know you were using something for James and just wondered how you managed to get it on him properly? I tried with a cotton bud earlier but it was so awkward to spread it round his gums/cheeks/tongue and Harry just seemed to eat it anyway! How did you manage and has it helped him? Thanks hon xxx

Ceebee, I posted on your thread hun but my computer froze me out

We were prescribed nystatin which is an oral solution squeezed into his mouth with a pipette 4 times a day. The course ran out too soon though? So he's still got a little thrush... We're seeing GP tomorrow though so I am going to get another prescription.

Here's a little info on oral thrush and treatments

Thanks honey :) I saw that already.... Managed a bit better on the second application with the gel for Harry but still seems like he ate it all  Hope James gets sorted soon... xxx

James has his jabs in 3 hours!!!

Poor little monster, he's already had his BCG so I know he is going to scream his little head off.

OH is coming with us for moral support.

Aw good luck with jabs Hun, I'm dreading it! Xx

I think as we've already had the BCG done I know how much he hates it and I know there'll be proper tears....

Gah, OH said he'll hold him and I can be on the ready with the milk!

Hey Nat :) Hope you and James survived the dreaded jabs! xxx

Hope you both got on ok with the jabs and James had no ill effects! Xx

Jabs were fine (well once we got out of the surgery!! He'd screamed blue murder)

I kept an eye on his temp but touch wood no ill effects...

Glad to hear it :) I think it's definitely more traumatic for us! xxx
