Well he went a few nights ago, but it was nowhere as much as I expected?

HV today said I should give him an oz of water about half an hour before every feed to loosen him up. She said this is fine as James is an excellent eater so this won't interfer with his milk.

I've been giving him an oz or two of cooled, boiled water a day! HV says I can do that prior to every feed.

We've just had a massive poo, as per usual it was with the nappy off. I've never been to happy be covered in poo

Yep we've got the drops for his thrush. He needs them 4 times a day for week.

We're at GP's next Tues so we can see if it's cleared up then.

Poor little James has had a hard week what with his constipation and oral thrush! He was also violently sick after his last feed last night (soaking me and him and scaring the shit out of us both!) he was fine afterwards though!

I'm just about to get us ready to head out for a walk !!! I must be mad but the exercise is good for me and James will have a lovely long nap if I get him asleep in pram.

I may nip into M&S for some yummy goodies (not too yummy as I am on a health kick LOL!)
