Our baby arrived on Thursday at 38 weeks 5 days by emergency c section after he decided not to wait for the elective c section next week! We're doing well, just exhausted xxx

Congratulations secret! No progress for me, I have midwife tomorrow. Think I am now having a section at 39 weeks so only a few more weeks. Suffering with really bad acid which is driving me nuts at night. Just can't get comfy to get any sleep! Last week at work this week as I brought my finish date forward a week, so v much looking forward to that now. I struggling this time around feeling quite paranoid about movements and things like that so will be happy when he is here safe and sound tbh xxx

Thats me 38 weeks and 3 days. Was offered sweep on Wednesday but said no. Had few cramps and tightening this evening but I think its just BH. Someone I know who was due a few weeks after me just had their baby.

I'm so tired not sleeping the acid is very much a killer and gaviscon is no longer working as well
Restless itchy legs anyone else? Bile acids are always normal
I've developed really hot rashy breasts as well. In to see the doctor this morning I think
The consultant wanted to start induction the end of next week but my kidneys are playing up again
It's proving a nightmare right now

I second the paranoid on baby movements especially After I've slept i wait for him to wake up
Going to try epo and the ball today again x

Secret, that's lovely news! Congratulations! Hope you're settling in with your new addition

This is my penultimate week at work, so excited to finish now. Will be nice to have quiet mornings while DD is at preschool - she's full on bless her. She's so excited for the new baby

Got a stinking cold that's keeping me up at night cos I can't breathe!

Saw MW on Friday, bump has only grown 2cm in 6 weeks so having a growth scan tomorrow afternoon - will be lush to see bub again. Otherwise all is well, baby has turned so is head down now.

Terrible sleep I'm literally knackered had some painful braxton hicks yesterday but nothing in the way of any labour signs
No mucus plug either . spent a lot of the day walking about hope that helps little one stay lower down now
Inserted another epo this morning before I have another nap I can't use too many as they cause abit of irritation
Got some last bits for the hospital yesterday wahoo!
Fingers crossed 38 weeks today baby starts making some progress x

Yeah I can't wait to not have to be friendly to colleagues all day hahaha.
Oh it's doing my head in this cold, it's not shifting! Yes I will definitely update after scan

Oh poor you I remember getting painful BH towards the end last time. I found I had to wear a bump band when I went for a walk for some extra support so that might help you? Walking will deffo help move things in the right direction though!!
So exciting, 38 weeks!

Yeah good luck to the ladies due very soon we are going to be mummies very soon!
I think my baby is liking it too much in there though as he's not budging at all ��
Keep getting anxious over his movements because we are nearing the end somedays he's so quiet!

Soph d how are you feeling ? Any tips?

I havent worn a support band for ages petit you could be right it could be that! Especially as he's bigger
I feel like it's beginning to drag now I'm not really scared for labour it's more excitement now Xx

No tips really, unfortunately, i think bubba comes when theyre ready... I did the raspberry leaf tea, epo, and had baths with clary sage etc. And i do think sex helps to get things moving. Although Id rather remain pregnant than put me or him through sex at the moment haha

Ahahaha o.h is keeping very much away from that area at the moment and me in general tbf in fear I'll probably rage haha x

Growth scan was fine, bub is estimated around 6lbs at the mo so pretty much bang on average bit disappointed didn't get any pics, but all is well and that's the main thing!

Oh God, sex!! I have waves of fancying it and then I think about the effort involved and I can't be assed

I mentioned to oh if baby is not here by due date then we mite gave to do the deed 😂 tbh the thought of anything down there with the way my lady bits feel at the mo is a no go

As I updated my other thread I thought I'd update this one too
Few ladies have already commented

Reduced movements today picked up on monitor also along with contractions?!
Bonkers to think those period pains where something more
After three hours there and finally got baby to move so they where happy doctor gave me an early sweep
I'm 1cm dilated and 2cmish long she had no problem doing the sweep and gave a good rummage haha
Had period pains and stayed on the ball for four hours...inserted one 500mg epo as well to try help

Symptoms feel very nauseous and sicly and stupidly hot and sweaty all the time like when you get a big , mammoth acid reflux , very tired and random bouts off period aches and cramps
Woke up from a nap with less pain and pressure but she said to give it 48 hours

O.h won't come near me to speed up labour he said we need to get the house sorted I think we have done the deed once In four weeks and although it's probably not on the front of our minds I miss feeling wanted and attractive but I've got so annoyed at him tonight he would rather me go through slow labour and feeling really poorly and rubbish than baby be here in next few days all because the house isn't ready yet but it probably won't be next week either... I don't want to be around him ATM as he's on my eyes being really selfish xxx
