Feeling fed up

hey girls

feeling bit down and fed up today

Im on CD55 (yes 55!!) and still nothing! no af and did hpt last night (a cheapie) and still bfn.

im really hating all this waiting around crap now and i know theres no point going to dr as when i went couple of weeks ago she just said my cycles are re-adjusting and it takes most couples 6 months to a year to conceive. I knew all this already though and it doesnt make you feel any better.

if im not pg i just want af to come so i can try again

know how you feel honey, i had a chemical about 6 weeks ago and am as a rule 26 -28 days always, but nothing yet, somwtimes think im going mad as all the pg symptons i had with my other 2 pgs but BFN, i ve made an appointment today to see doc next wed, just to check that everything out of my system and i also suffer with re occuring cysts so want everything checking out.

really feel for you and hope the COW shows her face soon for the both of us.

i know 4 months isnt long to be trying in the grand scheme of things but im just annoyed that i had normal cycles after coming off pill inititally and now this...just so confused xxx

hey ill be on cd 38 tomorow and im sooooo unbelievably fed up so i can imagine how your feelinh atm! iv had another bfn today and just want the witch to arrive so we can start again too! i havnt even got any bad cramps either making me worry its gonna be ages yet! xxxx

Hi Hunni ( hugs ) Go back to the doctors & tell them you want them to give you the tablet to start your period. Your almost certain your not pg arnt you ? cause you took how many tests now ?

Its So not right that they never did a beta hcg for you sweetie. To leave you this long & just say its your cycles re - adjusting is unfair. Just be open with them & say its making you depressed having such a long cycle & you have heard they can give you somthing to start your cycle ( so give me it )

See another doctor too if you can, cause the other one dont seem to of been any help if i am honest. Feel so sorry for you huni, you will get pregnant! but you need to start af to have that chance dont ya, so you need to tell them this. You gotta be firm with these doctors cause they like to ffob you off most of the time. Phone them tomorrow babe. xxxxx

4 months 4 years it doesnt matter hun, when you want it and your ready for it, its disheartning, just try and stay positive no matter how shitty and low you get, because you will get there.

Hey Bellarina. I agree with Star, doctors can definitely fob you off, you have to tell them to take you seriously.

I'm feeling a bit down too hun so don't feel alone. I'm having a freaky cycle this month, don't know whats going on with it. I've been trying for about 4 months now too (gone so quick!) but only had 3 cycles coz they've been fairly long at around 40 days.

I'm currently on cycle day 60, my periods are all over the place. It's do frustrating cos u don't know when your going to ovulate. I was given Northesterine in Aug to make me bleed but will never take it again, had horrible side affects. If I were u I wud let ure body do the natural thing. The body is an amazing thing & it will work out in the end.

Are you stressed at all? As that can have a massive affect on your cycles. Try to relax (I know easier said than done).

I had northesterine to start a cycle of mine that was urber long years back, yes it made me feel very sick but i had a bleed. I dont think she really should sit back & let nature do its part, cause bless her, she has been waiting & nothing is happening. How is one meant to ttc with cycles like this, her gp should know how depressing this is making her feel & somthing should be done about it, to make it easier for her to conceive. xx

Aww - feel so sorry for you hon I agree though - get another opinion and don't leave until they do something for you. If you feel you can't do this on your own, maybe get someone to go with you for moral support? Any decent doctor would try to do something to reassure you....

know how you feel - we've been ttc for 4 months and it feels like forever. i went to see GP yesterday (in view of my age); having 21 day bloods done on wednesday and getting referred to specialist regardless. she was very sympathetic and spent 20 minutes with me - said i was right to come in and talk about it
