~February & March Mummies and Babies~

What has happened to my easy going quiet little girl :-( she seems to be screaming every moment of the day now unless she's being held sitting up. Making it impossible for me to do anything! Need to get her bottles ready but can't leave her !

An allergy? ?
I jus thought he might bbe a bit constipated? ? If he's bf will I have to cut out dairy if it is an allergy to dairy?? Xx
Hurry up mw I need to find out whats going on xx

Hi rubydoo welcome! Your labour sounds pretty much like mine; 32hours, back to back, forceps, cut... Your girl sounds like mine was as well! She still sleeps all night now at 5 weeks but in last couple of days awake all day screaming :-/ hope it's just a leap, but I'm thinking it's colic oh no!

DW, I misread your post and thought you were on formula for some off reason. Ignore me, I know nothing about babies!!! Plus my mum only realised I was allergic to dairy when she switched me to formula at 6 months. She was eating dairy whilst breast feeding me. Didn't mean to make you more stressed about it.

Diane my lo has been screaming her head off all morning too. I've eaten nothing yet but just been tending to her needs.

Maddie, I'm so jealous you have Paul today and pasties sound like a dream! I've been co sleeping too, she loves it inbetween us, plus she can latch onto me when she's hungry. When she's in a deep sleep I put her back in her basket but she really doesn't like it!

Xxx

Hi Rubydoo xxx

DW I think it's ok for BF babies to go quite a while without pooing hun xxx

Diane it must be tough. Have u tried carrying her in a sling? I'm going to get a Moby wrap I think so when Beau's screaming in the evenings I can carry on putting others to bed etc.

Well done BF and expressing babybee!!!

Hope all u otgef ladies and babies are ok xxx

Hi Rubydoo xxx

Looks like quite a few of co sleep now. I have been trying to battle Beau into her Moses basket which results in us all getting less sleep so gonna give up on that and stick to co sleeping and stop worrying about. Not even sure why I started worrying about getting her into her basket.

Babybee, congrats on feeding and expressing, it's fun isn't it trying to juggle bubs and express? I leaked some too!!!

There goes the puke, straight in between my boobs, that's top number three since last night!!!!

We have ended up co-sleeping against my better judgement, but I do try to put him in his basket as much as I can!!!

Welcome rubydoo, hope you and the little one are well, it's so nice to have another mummy join us, the more the merrier!!!

Hl28 ask away, can't guarentee the correct answer but will do our best..... I need to express now but trying to settle him first so I can actually concentrate better! I'm covered in enough milk!!! Lol!!!

DW I wondered if something I was eating was upsetting little man as I have several food allergies!!! I know they do say breast fed babies can go a few days without pooing, but defo speak to mw if you are concerned!!!!

It's snowing again here and is freezing, not looking forward to going out in it, need to go get my rain cover out and see how it works!!!! Xx

I'm attached to the pump, not getting as much milk though, maybe because I'm so tired and stressed!!!!

My baby is being so fussy today! I can't put her down to sleep for more than 10 mins max!
If we know they're well fed, clean nappy etc are we meant to ignore their crying??

Also spot the baby:

Thought I'd multi task - do the washing whilst soothing a screaming baby. Man I'm knackered!
