Does anyone else suffer with what I can only describe as leg cramps. For the last week or so I'm finding that I'm waking a few times in the night because of pain in my left leg when I'm sleeping on my left side. Have to change to the right side to get any form of relief also noticed I get pins and needles in my hands too.

I've been having leg cramps in the tops of my thighs, seem to get it in each side and have to keep turning I think it's because I'm not spending g any time sleeping on my back xx

Sebbiesmum. I'm in the same boat. 18+1 and no definite movement. Only some maybe maybe not wriggly feelings. I still have no real bump. I haven't even heard heartbeat yet.

It's getting me down since there's 2 others who live near me at almost exactly the same stage give a week or two. They both have defined bumps, talk about all their movements and have posted videos of the heartbeat. One even found out the gender at 18 weeks. I won't be scanned until 21.
Just gotta keep hoping I catch up soon

Just trying - honestly thrush is a nightmare. I've stopped bothering with the gp and buy the unbranded drug myself. You can get 2 pessaries for £11 online xx

is it cause of the timing wth gp? I tend to book for around 6pm.

Only because meds are free right now otherwise I'd buy the unbranded stuff too. they work the samne.

My scan went well thank you! She was very uncooperative though! And wouldn't stop fidgeting every time he tried to look at her face she would turn away! And as she is so low presumably due to my pelvic floor (or lack of) was a bit of a struggle but got there in the end! She's still head down so hope she stays like this til D day!

I'm in wales so meds are always free. I just cannot be bothered going to the GP when I know what it is, such a hassle x

Hello ladies,

Congrats on more wonderful scans. We had ours on Friday and I am feeling blessed to report that baby is looking very well and measuring right too. We stayed team green and comparing the photo to our 20 weeks scan with DD it looks very girly.

In relation to movements I have a very high up placenta so I should have been feeling them much earlier on but even still now they are more flutters and I certainly can't see or feel anything from the outside. Baby was head up and folded right up with legs over head so maybe that's why.... I'm just convinced this baby isn't as active and I'm more flabby haha

Ps I never had Brixton hicks with DD but have been getting tightening of uterus (which also happens to make me feel like I'm being kicked in the throat oddly) since about 12 weeks, anyone else?

I’m loving seeing everyone’s scan pictures!!! I’ve got mine next Monday, I can’t wait! We’re team green, so I’ll put my pic on afterwards for a fun guess.

I’m definite I’ve felt movements today, felt like something wriggling in my tummy, was so strange it made me jump!!

For those that are feeling kicks or movements, are they comfortable? over the last week I've been feeling what I'm assuming are kicks, today i can definitely feel them moving around, but it's a bit uncomfortable :/ Not painful though.

Holly I'm with you on the braxton Hicks although mine tend to be quite painful.

Boobaby yay for feeling baby move!! Look forward to heaving about your scan next week!

MrsLaw my little lady is very low so I feel all her punches/elbows at the bottom of my stomach it gets uncomfortable sometimes when it feels like she's trying to punch her way through my nether regions! But her kicks are higher up so I quite enjoy those. Maybe because you have two little beauties brings a bit more uncomfy? Glad it's not painful tho xxx

Oh wow. January just came into 2nd tri. Not long now until some of you make 3rd. Eek.

Woke today with some weird shabby twinges. I'm assuming round ligament and hoping this and the pressure in my pelvis means baby is heading up to give me a bump. I can hope haha.
