February 2017 Mummies - First Trimester

Thanks Little Pip. Just stressing a bit I think. I should probably just step away from the tests and stop comparin myself to everyone else. Lol xx

Ah thanks Millers, how are you doing?? I just want Tri 1 to fly by so I can relax a bit. Lol xx

Lol. Gonna be a lonnngggg 9 months ;)

Totally tri hopping but had to come and congratulate you!!! And trust me after tri one and the 12 week scan, things will absolutely fly by Schell xx[/QUOTE]

Schell everyone is different with regards to lines. Please do not read into them too much - you have a BFP, now step away from the sticks. They easily cause anxiety and panic. I completely appreciate how confusing tri 1 can be but now is the time to look after yourself (body and mind!!). How far on are you? Can you look I. Your local area for private reassure scans after 7 weeks? Even them don't overly reassure though - I had 2 scans before the 12 week one and as I had no symptoms I thought the worst constantly!! Xx

Doing really really well Hun - I've had a very straight forward pregnancy so far so can't complain in the slightest. We are having a girl as well!! Just starting to get the house organised etc.

Pls step away from the tests though Hun - when we get further along you will see exactly what I mean xx

Ah congratulations, glad to hear all is going well for you. Bet you can't wait to meet your beautiful girl :)

According to my dates 5 weeks 1 day. I wouldn't normally be testing so much but after last time I'm just a bit paranoid!! It was only March. I still feel very pregnant but it ended so fast last time. I'm eating healthily and will see if all goes well this time. I think the more time goes by the more I'll relax :) xx

I continued testing after I'd had my first miscarriage as well. However, as harsh as it sounds testing won't change anything unfortunately. Plus you'll hit the hook effect soon as well so that will make you panic all the more. It's such a hard time to try and relax as you have no control over anything at all - just continue as you are doing, eating healthy and getting as much rest as you can. The paranoia is awful - I ended up being signed off work as with each miscarriage I had left home for work fine and by the time I arrived at the office 20 mins later I was bleeding, so my anxiety was through the roof. I really really do have everything crossed for you this time and am sending you sticky dust xx

Just did another test cos I'm worrying. It's less than 2 hours since my last wee bit actually this is slightly darker than my FMU today. Everyone else seems to have very dark lines at this point though. What do we think??

Your line looks fine hun! Stop worrying.. stop! Lol. How you feeling today? X

Not bad, just bloated stomach and feel a bit queasy in the car I've discovered but nothing too bad. How are you doing?

How's everyone else? Xx

I've started feeling quite sickly and the thought of cakes and chocolate make me feel worse! Which isn't like me at all!! I thought that because I'd been eating relatively healthily I wouldn't put too much weight on too quickly but this morning I couldn't fasten up my jeans!!!!

Haha Princess I feel huge so feel your pain!! Apparently I don't look any fatter than before though. Lol.

How far along are you? Xx

Haha I bet that was reassuring for you to hear lol!!

I'm only 6+4 so i need to be able to hide it for a while longer!! Xxx

Hi, congrats and welcome!!
Yes I had period pains the day before AF was due. I had them early on when pregnant with my DD too. All normal. :) x

I had period pains too. Probably from my missed period until a week later. I still get them every now and then.

I'm 6 weeks today and feel as sick as a dog. I got my scan date through last week - 8th August. Ages away!

Morning. Is anybody else really hot? It's chucking it down and I'm sweating. Lol xx

I had period pains too, felt like AF was going to turn up anytime.

I might be starting to get symptoms, I felt quite sick all of a sudden in the car today and had to gag. Totally fine after that though.

Other than that, sorry TMI but I seem to have diarrhoea instead of constipation?

Hi all! Massive congratulations and welcome to all new bfps !!!!

Looks like all of us want to step into tri 2 soon :)

Babybee - well done you, I wouldn't manage hiding so well. Still feeling sick ?

Schell - I do feel quite warm, but not always. Body temperature goes up so I think it's normal.

It's funny that I do like eating fish very much, but struggling now as I have become picky and the thought of fish sometimes makes me feel nauseous
