I think it's crossed her mind too. After all, the woman in the abortion clinic refered to Ronnie as Danielle's mum and although Ronnie made an attempt to correct her, neither of them did actually confirm that Ronnie wasn't Dani's mum. Also, Dani has been questioning Ronnie's child quite recently. The penny may have finally dropped
