Downs syndrome result 1:35 - The outcome :)

Hi everyone

I just wanted to post a little good vibe story - I know how worried I was when I got my result of 1:35, it kind of felt like the end of the world for a little while.

We decided not to go any further with testing as it wouldn't have changed the outcome for us but...

All was fine My beautiful baby boy was born on the 30th april and was absolutely perfect.

So, just wanted to really highlight that, just because you get a high result, doesn't always necessarily mean the worst.

Our results came back as 1:25 and then amnio results came back normal. We spent a week in absolute bits with worry. I wanted to post to let other mums know that results like these don't always end in a bad way. Stay positive!

We got 1:9 risk with one of my sons, cvs confirmed all was well, was an awful time
