Don't read if easily scared lol. Lacey Ann Brown... welcome to the world!!! With pics

Good grief shauna that sounds pretty horrific! You did so well though and your baby is beautiful. Congrats! xx

Thank you. You girls will do great... it will be over before you know it. My midwife my my experience worse. xxx

Aww hun! Congratulations!! I was looking out for your update in the labour & birth section! :wall2:

By the sounds of things, you coped amazingly well. What an idiot MW you got though. Everyones pain threshold is different and the MW shouldn't have said anything about that.

But you did it doll! Your little girl is here! And isn't she beautiful!! Well done hun! x

I know, trust me to get a shit midwife. Feel OK today... can't stop thinking about the birth still. I hope this passes. I do LOVE my little girl to bits though and wouldn't change her for the world. Its amazing, never felt love like this! I could cry. xxx

Aww babe, you're bound to be emotional after the experience you've had. I'm glad though that your OH is being a great support to you. I don't know why or how shitty MWs do the job if they aren't people persons.

Its great also to hear that you're feeling overwhelming love for your gorgeous wee daughter after all you've been through. Flip, you'll make me blub in a minute  x

Yeah lets hope ill be back to normal soon :)
Awww haha, i feel like crying just typing how much i love her lol. xxx

You did so well! I screamed aswell, anything to get it over with hey x
After Noa I sweared I would never do it again, I sat on a bag of frozen peas n breastfeed n was in agony for weeks!
Took about 4 weeks to get over the birth n now I'm dying for another!
If u find the birth was traumatic I suggest to keep talkin about it. It really helped. Me xx

Thanks everyone :)
been watching labour on tv making myself feel better lol.
Yeah i have been talking about it all the time i just can't shut up even though i want to forget.
Saw my normal midwife today and she said wait til she sees that midwife tht said shit lol... she doesnt like her and said she has had a go at her for upsetting someone a while back. I think she made it worse, the whole experience. Glad you got over the birth... hopefully it will be a distant memory for me soon. xxx

Shes gorgeous! congratulations!!
When I read that I did clench my legs together! Lol!
But she really is gorgeous! Hope your okay xx

Firstly, congratulations... she is beautiful. Secondly I remember having my DD almost 4 years ago! I was like you. Had an awful midwife who left me and DH alone four 4hrs whilst I thought I was dying and then wondered back in and said "oooh how long has she been like this"!! Awful experiance... death was coing for me I was sure. Lils was back to back with me when born and 5lb 10 which is apparently just as hard as an 11lber due to no gravity able to help etc! So tramatised by it all, if I saw someone go into labour on the tv it would make me sib my heart out. It doesnt disappear, but I can now say . four years have been i WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER AND JOW IM IN TTC! Time will heal... u will always remember but one day Im sure you will do it all again! I always said... I would go through every second again for my daughter but not for another. I have (four years later) changed my mind! mwah and xxxx

Thank you that is very reassuring hun. Good luck TTC, midwives can be such bitches. I feel exactly the same. xxx

awww hun you really did go thru the mill didn't you. Lacey is a beauty. Well done you! xxx

Thank you hun, hope your enjoying being a mummy. xxx
