As title really, Tilly needs feeding about now but has been sleeping beautifully since 10.30. Hooray.

I don't want a screaming fit but I need to feed her and she's still asleep.

I know mw said to me that when they are crying they have been hungry for some time but I'm really reluctant to wake her.

What do I do?

Personally unless it was a silly number of hours I wouldn't wake her!! Glad it's going a bit better tonight. Now stop worrying and get some sleep!!! X

^wss!

My HV said at night to leave E to wake on her own but in the day to wake her up if it is around the 4 hour mark so she gets enough food in the day to keep her going through the night.

Enjoy a extra couple of hours and sleep!

Bah, I woke her up!! Stupid woman I am. She's fed well without incident so it's just getting her back off now. FX for a smooth one.

I was told only wake them if they've gone 5hours during the day, 6 at night, in the early days. Xxx

Albert goes 5 hours between feeds quite happily, 6 at night unless he has colic, he has done since the first night bless him. I wouldn't wake him unless it was very warm or if we were going somewhere.

Hope you had a better night chick  xxxxxxxx

Hope your night went smoothly... :-)

I wake O if he has gone 5hrs in the day since his last bottle bit at night I just let him sleep! He has slept thru since 8 weeks old pretty much :-)

My night was much much better!!!

Thank goodness. I think I was ready to jump out of the window if it hadn't.

I think she's really windy larly.

I have tried to keep her as upright as possible when feeding and pay extra attention to burping her after feeds.

This with the infacol appears to have worked.

We gave her a bath last night too which could have helped. I don't know. I am just praying that it wasnt a one off!!
