Sorry to add to the misery, but I'm out too. It's going to be a miserable christmas this year with our empty nursery, but I'm trying to be positive and putting all my energy into cycle 4.

THE PLAN: Started agnus castus to try and regulate my hormones and stop this spotting I keep getting. Baby aspirin, folic acid, B vitamins. Cranberry extract and prophylatic antibiotics to stop any more UTIs (have had 3 in the last 3 months grr). Got pre-seed with the sexy applicators. Daily yoga, meditation and essential oils.
Repeat after me... "this IS the month I get pregnant!"

You can do although I’m on holiday over Christmas so unless I’m feeling any symptoms I probably won’t test until the New Year when I’m back

Well. Guess I'm on my way to a SECOND + OPK this cycle, an no closer to actual O ...my BBT isn't rising. It went from 36.47 to 36.57 and down again this morning to 36.52. I'm at my wits end.

It's my first cycle without protection too. If I don't get my BFP on the 15th and AF doesn't turn up, I'll be testing on the 25th too. Fingers crossed!!

But isn't that good? You want it to dip if it's ovulation - your temp only rises after ovulation. Could be your body is trying to ovulate.

That's just it. It started with 36.47 (a typical post O dip temp for me) then it went up to 36.57 - it should have risen further this morning to confirm O at CD18. I guess I'm just anxious because DH is leaving Friday and if I don't O now then we'll miss our shot. I'm dissapointed too because I thought I O already. I also don't want my body to start having ovulation problems. I'm bleek enough as it is.

Because of your increased blood volume (about 30% more blood gets pumped around your body during pregnancy) and the effect of pregnancy hormones on your connective tissues and mucous membranes, it's extremely common to suffer nose bleeds and bleeding gums during pregnancy

Cd11 today, first opk done. Obviously negative. I ovd cd15 last cycle. Im starting to feel irritable tonight though and not really in the mood for dtd. If oh doesn't make any moves I'm not going to (not tonight anyway)
I hate feeling grumpy around ov it does make it harder. I have to hold my tongue big time or id get no Lmao
