****December 2014 mums to be! Christmas babies!!*****

No nothing atall! Choosing Harrison was hard enough, now he have to find something that 'goes' with it so its even more tricky lol x

I know! There are so many names and so few I like!

We want another 3 syllable name, but can't have anything that ends in an "un" sound or it'll sound too weird lol. Harrison & Alison/Maddison just no haha!

SaraLouise - Isabelle?

Goat - thanks for tip of sale on dresses. I have a wedding next next month and need to find something pronto!

Baker Baby - what a cow! Yes go and show off that beautiful bump!

Everyone says I'm glowing, not sure if it's because I have a tan from coming back from holiday or just the fact that I'm pregnant. I decided to show off my bump this week as it's now all out. It's surprising how much different clothes can really show it. I'm in demin jeggins and dress tunic which is gathered under bust and it really shows off my bump - the girls in work were shocked yesterday. I thought I must of been doing ok to have hid this up until last week.

I bought some jeggings from Matalan in a bigger size and they are so comfy and strecthy. Reccommend these to all you yummy mummies! :)

Finally had my scan im only 12+6 but been so desperate to join you all and I finally feel I can now I know baby is ok

Goat... Yes if you where strep b in previous preg then they will check you again... Likelihood is you will be. Xxx.

Now off to asos.com xx

I have a uniform at work which is quite baggy so even though all the staff have known about me being pregnant there has been nothing to show but this week they have been sewing my bump so no doubt parents will start noticing soon too. Can't really hide it though. The bump is taking over ha ha

Has anyone braved an aquanatal class yet? I'm thinking of trying it out tonight now I've got a bit of a bump so I don't feel like a fraud!

How do you find out about them e.g. Where they are and when? My midwife didn't mentioned anything at all To me about them at my 8 week booking in apointment. I have my next midwife apointment next week so I'll ask her about them then. Are they usual day times or evenings? And do partners usual go with or just go by yourself? If it's day time my partner wouldn't be able to take time off (I've told him to save any time off he needs for the scans because it's unpaid leave) xx

That is so rude what the person at work said about getting fat! I'd have gone mental! People know at my work but they've all started asking me about it more as my bump is so obvious. Had to ask to have a few classes covered this morning so I could go in late as was still feeling really rough this morning.

I have four packs of the amazon nappies arriving this week! We've decided to just pick up essentials like that every so often so we have plenty stocked up x

As I live in a remote area there isn't much aqua natal going on. There is one about 20miles away but it's during the day. They've also just closed my local swimming pool in the town. I'd love to start something. Yoga or anything, as I'm trying to keep as active as possible.

Any recommendations ladies?

New craving - cheese! It was the only thing keeping me going today knowing that I had a cheese wrap and a yogurt waiting for me. Calcium needed maybe?!

I'm looking to do an exercise class, probably yoga or swimming. Really want to keep active, don't want to be one of these women who are too scared to do things!

Bought my first pack of nappies today, newborn size! Going to try and buy things each week with the shopping, hopefully it will help when we have no money after I stop working!! :) x

There's aquanatal classes near me after work but I actually hate water! I can't swim and I just hate water.

I am on the go all day in my work so I get lots of exercise walking around, up and down off the floor and kiddie size seats. Plus I try to go walking at the weekend so I think I get quite a lot of exercise. I don't know.

Let us know how aquanatal class went bakerbaby. Once I've had my scan, I'm going to try aquayoga but I'm always a little nervous going on my own into an established group. That, and I've got some lumps and bumps I don't like to show off! Wish swimming shorts were a thing for women.

Came back from the supermarket today with a whole host of healthy food. With my nausea pretty much gone I'm going back to my committment to eat colourfully and well. So... I picked up cherries. Lots of cherries. Nearly £5 worth of cherries! So flippin' good, mind you *cherry juice everywhere*

Wifeywifey congrats on the scan!! I'll add you when I get into the laptop. I'm at my inlaws for the week so don't have much access to it!

Last time I did pregnancy yoga and cannot recommend it enough! As you get bigger getting in and out of bed becomes a huge struggle but the yoga really helped my muscles. I remember I didn't go for two weeks and I felt the difference!!
I also did a couple of aquanatal classes and I think I had a crap teacher because I didn't enjoy it and was cold most of the time as I had no idea what I was doing. I know a few people who have loved it though.
If anyone here is from North London I can recommend an excellent preg yoga teacher!
I don't know if I'll do anything now with this hematoma as I'll be scared it'll make it come back.

Sparklebug, you've made me desperate for cherries now!!

Thanks hun!!

I just did a maternity shop! I bought an Isabella Oliver wrap dress from eBay for £30, brand new it was £95 so I thought it was a bargain. Then I bought a few things from Next.
Did you find anything nice on Asos? I've always had bad luck with their sizings!

Well I survived the aquanatal and really enjoyed it! I was told about it by my midwife at my booking in appointment and there was also a contact number for it at the back of my maternity notes. It was run by 2 midwives from the hospital which I'm going to, they were in the pool too and really lovely. There was about 30 ladies there and about 6 there for the first time like me. It was really relaxed and everyone was very chatty so I'll go back next week too. It's just for ladies not partners and was on 6-7pm although lots of ladies seemed to have travelled a fair way as most classes seem to be in the day which is obviously no good for people who work. Give it a try the best part was chatting to the other ladies and seeing all the bumps!

COPIED FROM TRI1 THREAD:

So - you have different types of nappies, depending on whether you want to save money or time. In the beginning we used mostly muslin cloths (top left) with new born covers (like the one with the owls). Worked well as you have to change a newborn baby a lot. However, hubby was not thrilled about the folding, so for this time, I have bought some all-in-one newborn nappies - they come in one piece and have velcro, so that hubby will be more comfortable with changing baby as well - this is the nappy in the corner, in the bottom to the right (tots bots teeny fit).

I still use muslin cloths for my little lady, with a small bamboo insert inside and with covers like flip and milovia (milovia one size cover in the corner, bottom to the left). Muslin cloths dry super fast:)

Bumgenious free time (the red one) is one of my favorite nappies now that I'm working full time as these are all in one nappies that are easy to prep. They are a bit expensive, but I feel definantly worth the money, as you save time.

Top left corner is itti bitti snap-in one nappy - these are super good of bamboo, and absorbs a lot. You can snap-in (and out) inserts, so if baby has only peed a bit, you can only change the inserts and reuse the shell (same goes for other nappy covers). These nappies are sized nappies - in s,m and l. I like sized nappies because they fit the baby better.

So - there you go ladies! I have quite a few nappies and do two washes of nappies a week atm.
