I know my mind wanders a lot I find it hard to relax, I'm going to listen to it now, and try to switch off! Lol xxx

I fell asleep to that CD last night ...so relaxing

Ok im about 4-7dpo
I wish I knew when I ovulated
I got my first positive Opk last Friday

Last Sunday I had Ewcm and pains overnight but then On Wed I had really bad pains and pressure and really dark Opk

So im confused
I haven't tested since Fri but the Opk was still positive...so thst means positive Opks for a week

we DTD Thu but haven't since

Hope we've done enough xxx

I think you have done enough babe I read apparently when you get your first pos you should ov in next 48 hours x x x x x

Even if you get a few pos opk yiu should go from your first pos... So annoying though isnt! Its the unknown and we have no control over it which makes it worse! Lol I read as well you can get ov pains either before during or after ov x x,x x

Hi girls

Hope you're having a a good Sunday.

That's how I feel Carys - it's the unknown that's difficult. This whole ttc thing is out of our control and I'm finding it hard today. I'm worried that I didn't ov when I thought I did (going by Clearblue digi and temps) and if I ov'd late that I'll have missed it, as we've not really dtd since SMEP finished...ugh, it's messing with my head today. My temps aren't as I would think they would be if I was pregnant, so I'm feeling quite down and not optimistic... I never thought the psychological bit of ttc would the hardest for me to deal with!!

Hope you're all having a more positive day than me! Maybe I need to listen to that CD again Emma...it sounds to be working wonders for your relaxation

sorry I didn't post much yesterday I had to go have a lie down as I felt unwell and really tired

I've woke up sniffing this morning and got 2 big spots in my chin

Sam hope your feeling a bit more positive this morning. ..TTC is so stressful ...I don't Temp so I can't advice about your temperature keep your head up hun, you could get your bfp

TTC is terrible for your mental state. I have bad anxiety at the best of times but its much worse in 2ww. Try not to worry to much which I know is easily said then done.
What dates are everyone testing?

Hope your feeling ok
I have anxiety and used to have major panic attacks when I was younger
I still get them if something triggers me but I've got them under control recently

I'm going to test next Sunday or Monday. ..I may change my mind and wait a bit longer not sure when AF is due as I had a 34 day cycle last month

Im CD 21 5dpo today if I ovulated Wednesday


I would be only be CD 28 12dpo next Monday

but I could of ovulated much earlier if I go off my Clearblue digi I'm 9dpo today!!
which would make me 16dpo next Monday

I shouldn't think so much!!

I post on a few threads, it's nice to get the support when TTC it's such a stressful time

How are you tracking ovulation etc? Do you use Opks? Or temp?
I had a really long LH surge this cycle so I think next month (if I dint get a bfp) I'm going to try the relaxed approach. ..lol easier said than done xxx

I'm definitely going a little crazy atm... OH actually said meanly the other day that I am actually going crazy. I had such a big cry fest about it all yesterday. he must think I'm off my rocker the way I go on sometimes.

I'm taking soya isoflavones this cycle hoping they regulate my cycle and help me ovulate so fingers crossed! Not opk'ing though if I can resist.. had enough of POAS. You should of seen my bathroom last month... I took so many cheapie preg tests from 6DPO about 3 or 4 times a day and literally the bin was overflowing with them and I was so depressed from the bfns I didn't even care lol OH was like OMG there's like 20 preg test packets here haha!
Sooo no opk'ing for me, and this month I AM WAITING TILL AF IS DUE TO TEST! I need moral support for this massively as I say this EVERY month and I've never lasted later than 8dpo but I think it's turning into an unhealthy obsessive addiction so I really need to stop myself haha!!

Aww hun it's so hard and you've been through such already. ..want to give you a big hug
A poas addict too and last moth I got so upset each time I saw BFN I really don't want to put myself through it again
I do like Opks and have used about 50+ this month as I got a long LH surge! Let's hope I dont have to use as many pregnancy tests!

Will give you lots of support. ..let's hope this is a lucky month for us all xxxx
