Fingers crossed for you that she isn't gonna come
I spend the tww knackered from stressing out so much haha
Got dizzyness so bad today, not sure if it's from being near ov or the kalms I've started taking.
I hate having a cycle, with my pill I never bled and was always at a constant. This is how I've realised it goes:
Period day 1 and 2: Super anxious and feeling panicky
Period day 3-6: Feeling tired but a lot better anxiety wise
Cycle day 6-9: ONLY time in the month when I'm not plagued by anxiety. I may worry about stuff but I don't get panic attacks and can actually leave the house and get on with what I need to do without having to force myself and feeling anxious lol. Minimal physical symptoms feeling great
Cycle day 9-12: Starting to get twinges ready for ov. Sore boobs. Headaches. Starting to get a little anxious and dizzy
Cycle day 12-18: I ov sometime around here. I know when I ov now because the day after I have a big panic attack, usually on a night time and I become major insomniatic (is that a word haha) and don't sleep these few days until about 9 or 10 am in the morn. If I'm busy the next day I have maybe half an hour sleep lol
Cycle day 18-21: Feel a tad better for a few days.
Cycle day 21-AF: Feel tired,anxious and I know exactly when AF will come as WITHOUT FAIL I get a huge panic attack the evening before she comes. Full on crying telling OH to call an ambulance type panic attack.
Sooo I hate this time of the month as I know what I'm heading towards lol!! I'm hoping the kalms will help. It is good I can track my cycle so well on anxiety symptoms I suppose? I think I can tell if I'm gonna get BFP as the times I have, the panic attack has come followed by no AF the next day. This month I'm gonna wait for it and only test if I don't get AF the next day lol!
