Hehe! Hope it picks up for you! I've had LOADS of BH tonight, feels like i've constantly got a tight tummy! 2 have been quite painful within the last hour - really trying not to get my hopes up though! lol! x

Ahh cant believe I missed this. Had another busy day so only just got to log on. really glad to hear things are moving along for you. Good idea about the carb loading. I had a massive roast dinner today with 3, yes 3, yorkshire puddings, ate my mums roasties cos she left a couple and then had an apple crumble pudding. Mid afternoon I got an icecream and just ate a massive croissant which was OHs breakfast for tomorrow...hehe. Im def carb loading!! Enjoy your minstrels. Ill keep my phone by my side just incase!

hehe, text me anytime hun, Im mostly awake anyway! I was up at 6am checking my phone this morning, I was disapointed that there was no text, meaning nothing happened, but now Ive read this, Im excited that maybe you have gone in the night and been too polite to text me! Im still here - the only disturbance last night being Rosie again Im not going to sleep again for the next three years at least I reckon..

Everything is settled, had a few BH's in the night but Im quite glad really as Im too blimmin tired to have a baby today!

Omg tiny, your tea last night, atleast you have an excuse! I HD dinner at mums which is a rarity and she dies the vest roasts ever, I had about 6 potatoes, 4 parsnips, 3 yorkshores, plus k's half eaten one and like half a cow! Even ate veg! And then wr had Xmas pud

My consultant said that community MWs are never keen to sweep before term just because of their protocol - on the high risk suite where my SIL works they perform sweeps before term every day. The only reason I am having them is because they dont want me to go over so they want to get things ticking early. I hope this one works today as I dont want OH to work his last two nights! He has a month off after tomorrow night and I really need the help in the house and with Rosie now

I really hope you are right! The thing is my date for baby is the 12th, the 5th is the date that my 12 weeks scan came up with so I dunno if Im going to have another 10 days or not! Chances are though that all these contractions have brought the baby's head down more - fingers crossed and legs wide open! x

nope I kept my knickers on the whole time!! Had a bit of blood pressure drama so I think that overtook the appointment, Ive started a new thread so I dont derail yours!

Good luck RM....how exciting for u. I had a elective c-section with last one and am having one this time after an awful labour and emergency c-section with my first. It must be quite exciting to wait for the contractions and your waters to break etc xxx I feel your excitment xx
