hi everyone,

I told them I didnt want to know the grade. if they told me, i would then spend the next two weeks researching it.
but, i do have pics of both blasts i will try and get them uploaded later.

In 10 days I can test...TEN days!! how am i suppose to cope til then?

Feeling quite happy at the mo, but I am still soooooo bloated! its been since EC. I look a few months pregnant. when will it go down?

How is everybody feeling today?

My bloat went down about a week after egg collection

I remember frantically trying to find something in my wardrobe that both fit me and hid the bump. The last thing I wanted was to get asked leading questions about my shape...

JennyMarie sorry your not sleeping well, all in the persuit of a BFP though and many more sleepless nights hopefully. You think the injections are making you feel bloated? Funny as I wondered this cause its to make your follicles grow. I still get weighed weekly and get annoyed when I put on weight. My leader has said the hormones etc probably will effect my weight but I wasnt sure. Ill need to take my weigh ins with that in my head. Like a monthly bloat almost?

All other girlies- hope your all doing ok and were working on JJ's predictions!!!

Exactly need to get use to sleepless nights (hopefully!!) Although do feel bit like a walking zombie at the moment!!

What injections are you on at the moment? I've experienced bloating on the Gonal F ones, which I hear is quite common. I'm being nice to myself and not weighing at the moment!!

Exciting news with both you and Lou having two on board!! Good idea not to know, I sometimes think the more you know the more you have to worry about!!

Although saying that I just bought the Zita West book and it's really good at explaining everything. I haven't stopped reading it since I got it yesterday.

Hope you find lots of ways to relax in the next 10 days. Are you off work or working?

I think my swelling is just about going now and i'm 3dp5dt, i still think i look a little pregnant though

I'm bummed out, convinced its over already but can't go out and drown my sorrow so will just have to whinge and sulk instead

Bah, I was right

Went for scan today and lining she said was still too thick cos I haven't had a bleed (she said 10.0 when she was doing scan?)

So i've to go back on monday morning and have another scan. I think on a natural cycle I would be due AF tomorrow or Thurs so hopefully it shows up then.

If AF does show up then they think the scan on Monday should be fine and I can just start injections Monday, as i would have done anyway. If not them I'm guessing another week.

COME ON AF!!!!!!!!

Just had my second scan and they've increased my Gonal F from 300 to 375. They could see at least 8 follicles, the biggest at 10mm. They couldn't really see my left ovary so they said there could be more but she didn't want to prod about too much and leave me bruised, which i'm thankful for! Next scan is on Friday morning. She seemed happy with how it was progressing so I think i'm happy. Got some stomach cramps now though where she was prodding about but nothing too bad.

Rea - taking it from the other thread, what do you mean by keeping my core body temperature cool? How cool? How do I know if I'm cool and not chilly?

Sorry Lou!! I haven't checked in for days!! I was told to keep cool. Not so that I felt cold but certainly not to feel hot/uncomfortable heat wise. I sat in the shade rather than the sun and I put the fan on in the car xxx

Hey Jennymarie Im on 150 ml of menopur injections. Im having IUI not IVF so dont know if its the same injections? I now help out at a Weight Watchers class weighing others on a weekly basis so still feel I need to weigh in on a weekly basis too. If my weight and bloat gets crazy then I know its all for a good cause but its still hard to see it on the scales!!


Skeando - oh thats a pain that your lining was too thick but it will be gone when your af artives and if there scanning you Mon and its all ok you will start the injections
Mon anyway so no difference!! Im there Mon morning for my scan and bloods too!!! We are so going to cross over!

I was kinda confused by the idea that they lock you in a room to get undressed before you go in to get scanned, but it made more sense when she explained there are two little rooms that use the same scan room )

Ha!!! The wee locked room was just a bit mad. She points you into a cupboard with a chair and says underss your bottom half and cover yourself with a sheet. I was like eh??? Meant to let you know of this bizarre finding!! LOL!!! Very efficient however I guess.

Im at 10.25 Mon as Ive gone for a later appointment as Im on my September weekend so no stress of having to run back to work. Im there Fri too at about the same time. its good its fallen at the September weekend. Mind you its nit likely I dont think that anything major has happened is it? Whats the average for injections? Im on 150 ml ( think its ml's) of menopur.
