LOL thanks Lisa!
I make sure i wear that belt and make Oh do most of the moving stuff lol and I will ask the midwife to re-reffer me when I next see her!! :D

You poor girls suffering with your hip pain (not sure what the abreviation stands for?) Every now and then I get a bad left hip, but as soon as I start moving the pain eases off, it's the same with the base of my spine, I look like an OAP at times!

Our house is in need of some serious decoration before the little one arrives. We've only got a two bedroom house (both double rooms) We've looked into moving, but it's just not worth it at the moment what with the inflation in mortgage rates and property prices/credit crunch!! If we have a boy we're going to have to move at some point though, but I think to start with the LO will have to come into our room, when they are sleeping through we'll move them to Phoebe's room and I think my OH might move into Phoebe's room just so he can get a good nights sleep (maybe not to start with). The way I look at it is you need one of you who can function properly and as I'm hoping to breastfeed there's not much he can do other than change nappies.

Lisaspoon make sure you call OH before he leaves work so he can bring the doppler home otherwise you'll have a long wait over the weekend to hear baby's heartbeat.

Choklatemunky, lucky you feeling all those movements, I'm jealous :)

Hope all you girls had a nice relaxing night doing what you do to unwind. I didn't get to sit down until 8.30, then went to bed to read, was asleep by 9.30!! Looking forward to tonight as it double bill of Coronation Street night. My telly night, also brought an apple pie and custard to have while watching it, mmmm yummy. Think OH is making us sausage casarole tonight, I think Friday night must be heaven night. :D

Bugger girls Dave has just had a call from the garage - we put the new car in for a service and they tell us the head is cracked!! :wall: :wall: Going to cost £600 to repair....... cant believe it....

Bexie - I've already sent about 3 emails reminding him and will call before I leave, he'd better not forget the doppler this time!! I'm sure though he's dying to hear the heartbeat too!!! :cheer: :cheer:

ROM - thats really pants about your car :( hope you manage to get it fixed soon though....

Hope everyone is well today and not suffering too much hip pain! :)

Hey....its FRIDAY!!!!! YEY!!!! :cheer: :cheer:

Bexie I wouldnt worry about moving either yet boy or girl! Your LO's are close in age so might like to share a room for a few years anyways!
My little girl whos 6 still asks most nights if she can take her monkey (like a sleeping bag/bed thing) into the boys room and sleep in there with them!
We have 4 beds but would only use 2 if Lucy had her way haha and the boys dont mind most of the time either! Just when she annoys them!

Oh no ROM!! How gutting!

LisaS Yay on Friday haha

Lea, you look lovely!!! I havent had my hair cut in ages, as we moved& I cant find a decent hairdresser that doesnt cost a fortune!! I did something stupid last week & cut my own fringe & completely messed it up!!!! I always do something stupid like that when Im pregnant, you would think Id have learnt by now!! LOL!!

Babydust, good luck with the car!!!!

Awww lovely car hun!
Yay on being 20 weeks!! :cheer: :cheer:

I feel bad! I asked a girl on ebay if she would be relisting a used Loola chassis and she said she would just keep it for me until i got paid!
Well when I went on today I found a brand new one for the same price so OH said no way are we paying the same for a used one! So I emailed her to tell her! But I feel so bad so i emailed again to say i will pay her £5 to relist the time! Do you think this will be ok??

Hi everyone!

Hope you had a nice birthday rach!
Sorry about your car troubles rom  yours looks nice babydust

Hope everyone is ok.

We went up to inverness to see the in-laws. It was Ok but on the way home a big stone hit the windscreen and it smashed!! We were both covered in glass, it was quite scary!! It never fell right in but inside the car was covered in glass. We were still about 130 miles from home, and DH could still see the road between the cracks so we just continued on our way. It won't get fixed until Wednesday and will cost £70 :( :(

I'm feeling pops and thuds quite regularly now :) so panicking less when they stop for a while.
I just want to fast forward a bit now!!

Have a good day everyone!
xx

Love the pushchair Rach.... lucky you that your BIL is buying it :D

We've been to Babies r Us!! Had a lovely hour - frightened Dave to death.... He had no idea we would need so much stuff :D Think we have decided to buy the pram, cot and moses basket new but get the rest 2nd hand. As we have Christmas before the baby think we will ask for baby stuff for pressies.... Think we have seen the pram we want though - silvercross 3D - have any of you had one? Baby will be looked after by Dave's mum and dad a couple of times a week so we thought the pram bit looked really comfie for when it was little......

Claire lovely car - what is it? Is it the Merc? We are going to sell the Volvo through our local auction (suggestion of our local garage) - the MR2 is on ebay so when they are both gone we will start again!!!

thanks rom :D i love it we tried a few in mothercare this morning but they were all too bulky or didnt fold small enough i love this one it folds up really small :D i never thought of looking in babies r us :wall: mind you ive looked everywhere else lol sorry your still having problems with your cars :( hope you get sorted soon hun  xxx

lea i love your hair its really nice :D and you will be glad to see o/h finally sorted the photos of the scans lol so you can stop telling me off now :rotfl: xxx

ROM I hope this time you get something and makes all the messing you have had seem worth it!! There seems to be so much car trouble recently I think my car can stay on the drive! lol We have had nothing but problems with our little Punto for about a year and I dont need nothing else to go wrong now haha

Kmac that must have been scary with the windscreen!!

Oh and me lol :rotfl: I keep forgetting to say something about me!
Well i did nothing today! lol Well a bit of food shopping but thats it! Oh bought a Loola Chassis off Ebay brand new for £80 inc postage!! :cheer: That will stay in the car boot! lol and we will use the carseat with it! Then I will use the Skate when Im walking (which will be more often! ;)

Had such a crappy night last night! Couldnt sleep then my bones were hurting so bad I couldnt move so couldnt get comfy then woke up about 5 million times with pains or Lola body popping I swear!! i love it though! I just think of her when she is born doing that in her moses basket and I'll be thinking back to her being in my belly!! :D

Aww Im sure his winkie is still there hun!! :cheer: I felt like that when I went back after my first anomaly scan! I was sure that they were going to change it to boy lol
Yay on the maternity clothes! I got jeans from next in the sale! Though they keep falling down!?? :? I feel like I should have got a smaller size lmao :rotfl: Can you believe it!? When Im pregnant i have to buy smaller sized clothes?!!?! ? hahaha :rotfl:

:cheer: yay so glad you all like the pushchair :D i am so pleased with it :D :D :D as soon as i seen the pic of it with the foot muffs and all on i fell in love and knew i had to have that one lol and cos it folds down so well (christopher has a graco travel system which is so heavy and bulky and takes up most of the boot) poor little dab will have to walk when i take him out with the twins lol but his walking is getting so good now :D i think he will be ok xxxxx

babydust im sure all his bits will still be there  good luck for the scan we have another 1 next monday a growth scan with the consultant im going to make him check my boys bits too :rotfl: they were definate on the 1 twin being a boy but they only said they thought the 2nd twin was a boy (he was hiding a bit lol) xxxxx

lea sorry your not sleeping well with the pains hun ive been the same :( if i slepp on my left it goes numb after a few hours if i sleep on my right my hip feels like its been snapped after a bit so i end up going from 1 side to the other which hurts like hell when i have to turn over :( when i get up i have to sit on the edge of the bed for 5 mins to let my hips settle before i stand otherwise i nearly fall over  its getting beyond a joke xxxxx

well girls well done on the mat clothes ive not got any i have moved up a size though in awful joggers and am now wearing an xl t shirt :rotfl: and due to my swollen ankles have had to buy a size 8 in trainers as my size 6 wont go on anymore  :rotfl: all good fun god only knows what il be wearing by time i have the babies i will probably be confined to the house in pyjamas :rotfl:

Hi Girls

Hope you all had a good weekend.

Lea - your hair looks great, I agree with babydush, your nothing like I imagined.

Rach - that's a lovely pushchair, your boys are going to look so cute in it, you are going to get stopped so much on the street by everyone cooing over them. It's bad enough with one, but with two!!

Babydush, your car looks so lovely and stylish, I'm jealous!! We've just brought a Mondeo Estate which I love, but's it's not really a sexy car, just a nice family car. I kicked my OH out of the car yesterday as he wanted to eat a sandwich in it and my new rule is no eating in the car! I wanna make sure it stays nice and clean.

We had a nice weekend, although the weather was miserable on Saturday. In the morning Phoebe was trying to put her wellies on, so put them on for her and she was so funny trying to walk in them, (this was the first time she's worn them), she litterally had to learn to walk again as she kept on falling over, within five mins she was fine and loved marching around the house in them. The me and Phoebe went back to bed at 10am for a nap and woke at 12, so lazy!!! Then took her swimming, put her wellies on again and she was so excited as we were going out, once we'd left the house realised I'd left the car keys in the house, so had to go back for them and she got so upset as she thought we were going home!! Expected her to jump in a couple of puddles, but instead she walked sideways past them!! Funny thing.

Then yesterday we had a family day, it was lovely as my OH works 6 day a week so we don't get much time together to do things as a family, we went down the coast had lunch, played in the sand, then worked our way back up th coast to Aberaeron where there was a cob show. It was so funny as they had horses dancing to Grease!!!! All in all it was a nice day.

Friday night OH annoyed me though as he wants me to buy a second hand buggy, I was really looking forward to going to Mothercare and testing them all out. He is such a money worrier. We're not loaded, but we're certainly not skint. We brought DD a second buggy and it's on it's last legs, so I'd just like something now that I know will last another 3 years or so!! men eh!!

Please girls, give me some good arguments to put to him in favour of me buying a nice new buggy as I'm never any good at putting my point accross!!! :) Thank you. One point is my mum is contributing £100 towards the buggy.

God I went on there a bit!!
