I haven't got anything as 'back up'...
I have got breast pads and nipple cream, nursing bras I am getting in a few weeks...

I did buy the TT electric breast pump as it was half price and got another bottle free somewhere else, I figure that if I really need there are always 24 hour supermarkets and can boil sterilise the bottles... although I know which number I will be using first if I wobble
