Bloods at 34 weeks?

Anyone else having blood taken at 34 weeks - at my recent midwife apt she said I needed it to check iron levels but she was a stand in midwife and a bit stupid. My iron levels were fine at 28weeks and I hate blood tests and thought I didn't have to have any more after 28 weeks.

I thought it was just one set taken mid way through tri3. I guess she's being thorough but I don't blame you. I HATE needles and have mine on Monday booooooo! x

My bloods came out that I was borderline low on iron at 28 weeks but my mw didn't retest at all, she just advised to eat more food high in iron. She said I could have iron tablets but as ug was only borderline low there wasn't much need x d

I had blood tests again at 34 weeks even though my results were perfect at 28 weeks with strong iron levels. Think probably just varied depending where you live x

I had them too at 34 weeks its just a general check to make sure all is fine
