Blood help

Hi ladies that wind woke me up. But went to the loo and when I wiped there was some pinkish blood, I'm 38 weeks. Ive popped on a pad just on case. Should I worry coz I am already but should I be worrying? Xxx

I don't think you should worry, it could be baby pressing down. I would still phone mw or hosp for advice.
