bleeding!!!

Hi

i found out last week i am pregnant.. approx 6 weeks and 3 days..
just been to the toilet and when i wiped i had brown discharge..Is this normal..

Havent got any pains or anything...

Hi there,
try not to panic it can be quite common see what happens tomorrow but book an appointment with your gp just to get everything checked out.

Apparently discharge in early preggo is very common

please dont worry its quite common in early pregnancy!

Brown blood/discharge is old blood dont be worried unless its red and as you say you have no pain, maybe book an appiontment with your gp just to put your mind at rest

I had the same thing and it stopped and I was told by the Dr it was nothing to worry about and that it is normal. It's only because of my anxiety levels that he referred me for a scan: http://www.pregnancyforum.co.uk/forum/v ... hp?t=40605

Good luck, you might find it will just stop. If you;re concerned, just contact your Doctor/Midwife

its quite common to bleed in early pregnancy, try not to worry. Ring your doctor if your worried.

Thanks for all the information...

Just spoke to one of the nurse clinicians at the doctors over the phone and she told me to try not to worry...
I have just got to rest today and take things easy..
If i get cramps or it gets darker then to get back to them.....

It seems to have stopped... I have had 2 days emergency annual leave though today and tomorro just to rest..
