Help!

Today when I went to the toilet, I noticed some brown discharge when I wiped. Now its turned to a bright red colour. There have been a couple clots, both browny/orange in colour. Im only 5+3 and soo worried . Is this normal?

I think for your own peace of mind it's best to contact your doctor/midwife or out of hours doctor.
